Sleek, modern rooms set inside a 16th-century palace directly facing the Darro River and the Alhambra.

The hotel's location is perfect. It's very close to restaurants and historical sites. The location is so perfect that you can see the Alhambra palace from your room. In the mornings, you wake up to the sound of water flowing through the historic canal and the chirping of birds. The hotel was clean, and the staff was attentive. I want to come to Granada in the winter, stay at the same hotel, and experience the city during that season as well.
Really amazing value and atmosphere as well as location, very professional friendly staff and substantial discounts on the booking site we used ;) the cafe is also high quality and the only thing that might be an issue for some is the front desk not being staffed after 9pm, the keys work great all hours though so it’s really just a restriction on how late one can collect bags after checkout. Would definitely book again if offered a similar deal, as the rooms are spacious, warm, and clean, with great little balconies and local architectural details.
Hairy sheets galore!! Negatives: Stayed in October and hotel room was not clean. Pulled back the sheets to SO much hair. We ended up receiving 3 different sets of sheets, all with variety of stains, dark hair, pieces of tape etc. The front desk was the only staff and management never called us back. They have limited hours and no cleaning staff was left, so we changed the sheets 3 times ourselves. We called about 10 other hotels and no one had availability or we would have left. The shower looked gross, couch had stains and air conditioner looked like there was mold on the wall. So extremely disappointed. This was only SOME of the pictures I had of the sheets. Positives: it does have a great location. We were refunded for 1 of 2 nights of our stay, which I do appreciate.
We were there in Sept last mth and the place was so convenient and within walking distances to Alhambra, City Centre and the great places to eat. Housekeeping can be improved just a little but overall it was a very good stay and the informative and lovely Antonio at the front desk! Thank you!
If there’s more than 5 stars I would give more. The view from the room is amazing and the hotel located in the main city hub with loads of restaurants and cafes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was supposed to drop my bags until it’s time to check in but they surprised me with early check in which allowed us to make most of the day ❤️
