My husband and I I just spent 3 nights at this property. Amazing from check-in to check-out! Everyone made us feel really special! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. The beds are heavenly. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone, with a separate eggs to order to your liking menu. Location is superb, not even a 10 min walk to the center of town. They even offer a turn-down service at night and put those oh so delicious chocolates on your bed, so make sure when you leave your room for the evening to not to leave the no disturb sign on. Can only highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

My mother & I had a lovely stay at the Palacio de Los Patos. The hotel property is gorgeous and very well maintained. All members of staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Clara, who checked us in, was such a great first impression of Granada. Friendly, professional and kind. We had an issue with our first room due to noise from the door below, but the team efficiently moved us to a new room and apologized with a bottle of cava - which was very generous & well received. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Palacio de los Patos was honestly one of the most beautiful things my eyes have ever seen in Granada. The hotel felt like a true 7-star experience — elegant, cozy, peaceful, and absolutely spotless. Everything was super clean and perfectly maintained, and the atmosphere made us feel relaxed from the very first moment. The spa was also incredible. The massage pool, sauna, and steam room were exactly what we needed after walking around Granada all day. At one point we were so relaxed we almost forgot what day it was! The staff were lovely, the rooms were stunning, and every little detail felt luxurious without being too much. It’s one of those places where you walk in and immediately think: “Okay… now I understand why people never want to leave.” Absolutely unforgettable and highly recommended when staying in Granada.

Receptionists were exceptionally and genuinely friendly and helpful. Clara and Lucas did a great job checking us in and checking us out respectively. The room was large and well outfitted. The shower was spacious. Turning on the shower presented a problem that was solved with a visit from housekeeping. Food service was very good. The outside dining area was peaceful. The spa’s warm jacuzzi pool was relaxing and soothing. The location made walking explorations easy. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your stay in Granada Spain.

We loved the location of this hotel. Close walk to all the main sights withing 10 -15 minutes, but also close enough to other off the beaten path locations for some items we needed to find. I can't say enough about the staff here. Javi and Lukasz were fantastic. We reallly loved the older section. Breakfast was spectacular and having the use of the steam room/pool/sauna was an added touch after lots of walking. Restaurant onsight is also nice if you are just looking for a quiet night! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
