This is a beautiful hotel with everything one could possibly want or need. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds, great bedding, bathroom with heated floors, double sinks, and lovely bath products. Amazing location! The shining star is the service by all of the staff. From slippers laid out by the bed and cozy tea set out for a restful sleep. Plant based creamer (oatly) and regular creamer for morning coffee. Juice/pop/water bottles stocked each day. The warm, friendly, genuine staff made us feel so welcome and made our stay extra special. A hand written card wishing us a Happy 28th Anniversary with champagne and fresh fruit left for us in our room. Even repairing my husband’s glasses on a Sunday morning. Superb luxury hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! Great location too. All the staff from check in to breakfast (which was delicious by the way) to housekeeping were professional, welcoming and friendly. In particular though Philipp from concierge was spectacular and was so helpful in assisting me with my bags being delivered due to KLM losing them on my flight. Will definitely be back!
Annika was proactive in reaching out through message even before our arrival. Lara and the bell hopper were excellent in greeting us and explaining everything during our check in. We were surprised with the room upgrade upon arrival so we were very grateful for that!! The breakfast restaurant managers and waiters and waitresses all provided us great service as well. The hotel has a great location. The only downside to be honest was the total we paid at the parking lot during our 3-night stay hahahaha. Thanks so much!!
I had a wonderful experience at the spa. Labinot welcomed me so kindly from the moment I arrived and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Luiza was incredibly professional, sweet, and made me feel very comfortable during the massage. The atmosphere was relaxing and I left feeling amazing. I’m very satisfied and would definitely come back again
We chose Sofitel Frankfurt Opera for a birthday weekend in Frankfurt and could not have made a better decision. From the moment of arrival, the experience was defined by elegance, warmth and impeccable professionalism. Check-in was seamless, and we instantly felt that this would be a very special stay. The room itself was beautifully appointed and enhanced by exquisite welcome treatments and thoughtful personal touches, creating a true sense of exclusivity and comfort. A particular mention must go to Concierge Philipp Schetter, whose exceptional attentiveness, refined sense of hospitality and perfectly arranged VIP treatment turned our weekend into something truly memorable. His efforts and eye for detail made us feel not simply like guests, but genuinely valued and cared for. The cocktails at the bar were outstanding, the atmosphere throughout the hotel sophisticated yet inviting, and the location next to the Opera is quite simply one of the finest in Frankfurt. We felt thoroughly at ease from beginning to end and left with the clear intention of returning very soon.
