Stayed at the 25hours Hotel The Trip during a recent work trip and genuinely loved the experience. The hotel has such a fun, creative personality — eclectic interiors, travel-inspired details everywhere, and a vibe that feels very different from a typical business hotel. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with little touches that made the stay memorable. I especially appreciated how relaxed yet energetic the atmosphere felt after long workdays. The complimentary minibar was also a fantastic touch and something I genuinely appreciated after long days out. The location was super convenient — close to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and easy to get around the city. A special thank you to Maca and Natalie at the front desk, who were so warm and welcoming when I arrived. Natalie was especially helpful with restaurant recommendations and took the time to point me toward some great local spots, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was vibrant, creative, and comfortable all at once. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Frankfurt.

I liked this hotel. It had a chilled vibe and friendly staff. It has a cool courtyard in the centre. Nice for breakfast and a drink. The only issue is that it magnifies the sound, so can feel a little noisy from your room.

I flew in from Dubai, a city that sets an almost impossible standard for hotel hospitality, and I have to say: Natalie at 25hours Hotel Frankfurt The Trip matched it, and in some ways surpassed it. That is not something I say lightly. From the moment I walked into the lobby, she welcomed me with a warmth that immediately put me at ease. Not a rehearsed script, but real, attentive hospitality that you don’t often encounter in European hotels. She walked me through every amenity with clarity and confidence, including the exact timings for each, which saved me a lot of guesswork during the stay. What really stood out was that she went beyond what I asked. She proactively shared recommendations about the surrounding area, and took the time to let me know that 25hours has other properties across Europe, including in Berlin, so I could plan ahead for future trips. That kind of initiative is rare anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is excellent, stylish, characterful, and full of personality. But it’s Natalie who elevated this stay from a good hotel experience to a truly memorable one. She carries herself with a genuine pride in her work that is immediately felt. If her managers read this: you have someone exceptional on your team. Coming from a city where five-star hospitality is the baseline expectation, that means everything.

I'm a snob when it comes to hotels. I will admit that. The only stars I sleep under, is 5 stars, maybe 4. Therefore it was with huge reservation booking this hotel, based on the pictures. I was in Frankfurt for business, it is part of All Accor, and close to the Messe. I like boutique hotels so we gave it a try. The location is walking distance to the train station and the Messe. Very convenient. There are some great quick restaurants and pubs around. The area has a lot of poverty and drug users, however. The hotel is funky, great vibe, and clean. I loved sitting in the lobby doing some work. The staff is amazing; Ordinary people putting a great product together. Always helpful, always in a good mood and friendly. The attached restaurant has a god breakfast menu but pricy for what you get, if you take the buffet. The menu itself is cheap. The restaurant is a gem in the evening but make sure you make a reservation. It was the best food I had in Frankfurt. Rooms are clean, interestingly designed, and comes with a FREE mini bar. I don't need the lifejacket or oxygen tank on the wall as artwork, but I would book this hotel again when visiting Frankfurt. I really felt at home here.

As I mentioned in the very few reviews I posted, I only write about a hotel when the staff is particularly more than professional and welcoming. I had some requests to make to the front desk at very different times so I basically talked to all of them and they didn’t only show efficiency but with a big smile which is not a given even in hotels of that quality. I’d like particularly thank Natalie and Savio for their kindness and the very interesting and pleasant conversation - the kind of little things that make a day better then expected :) I would recommend this establishment for people who travel to Frankfurt (it’s also very well located and from what I saw the rooms are very comfortable but also warm and different compared to most hotels brands that have the same exact rooms in all of their branches). See you soon! William L
