An authentic Florentine sandwich shop serving some truly outstanding sandwiches. All of the ingredients are sourced from local Tuscan family farms, and the owner, a passionate and charismatic character, has been running the business for 24 years. Florence has a few sandwich shops that seem to get all the attention, and I’m genuinely surprised this one isn’t mentioned alongside them. I ordered the focaccia filled with prosciutto, truffle cream, and melted Grana Padano cheese, and it was absolutely superb. Fresh, flavourful, and a perfect example of simple ingredients done exceptionally well.

Upon ordering, i could tell the amount of passion the owner has for his sandwich! You could taste the care and love he placed into every single sandwich. Haven’t tasted the other famous sandwiches around yet, but this itself might be the best sandwich i have ever had! It’s fluffy, the bread is cruncy and pillowy, warm as well. All made with only fresh ingredients. Highly recommended!

The most incredible sandwich I’ve ever tasted. We got the salami and cheese sandwich with onion cream? It was amazing. The owner is very friendly and helpful and we received the sandwich promptly. It’s well priced and you can tell the ingredients used are of a high quality.

I’ve been eating paninis all over Italy and this place delivers. Freshly cut with simple ingredients. Two choices of bread — focaccia and rustic sliced. Both are excellent. Great menu and delicious sandwiches. Stop going to the Tik Tok places and lining up. Come here and eat!
