Hidden speakeasy bar, in a quiet neighbourhood street. The bar is located in a basement, with only a small name plate outside indicating its presence. Low level lighting and American Jazz music create a Laid back, intimate atmosphere. There is a list of rules at the front of the drinks menu, none of which are unreasonable though, just common sense. Cocktail list is imaginative and has flair, with a range of unusual cocktails containing beetroot and tomato. Definitely Recommend a visit whilst you’re in Florence. Booking is essential.
This is an incredible experience! The atmosphere, the service, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. An aesthetic delight! This is a must visit for anyone in Florence for the first time
Dark themed, underground bar with amazing cocktail selection and whiskey list. Reservations a must. Would absolutely recommend. The black tourmaline was unbelievable. No food.
Atmosphere: 9/10 Hidden behind an unmarked entrance near a lively piazza, Rasputin delivers one of Florence’s most secretive drinking experiences. The vibe is antique and intimate, filled with Rasputin-themed design touches, velvet, and moody lighting. Old jazz and blues play at the right volume, completing the atmosphere. The backbar is beautiful and fitting to the theme. Seating is limited at the bar (just four stools) but there are plenty of group tables. Drinks: 8.5/10 Recommendation: ARP The menu is stylish and well-produced, offering a broad selection of signature cocktails. Flavors are decent and balanced, though not at the very top tier. Unique coasters, above-average glassware, and selective garnishes add refinement, while presentation overall remains straightforward. Service: 8/10 Water is served on arrival. The team is friendly, professional, and attentive. Reservations are recommended given the intimate space. Prices are significantly above Florence average, but in line with its exclusive speakeasy positioning.
Super cool speakeasy in an underground cellar. This place had the right vibe and played old school jazz music which set the mood. The decor was on point as well. We had two excellent gin cocktails that were packed with flavor and not too sweet. We don't drink whiskey but they said they had over 500 bottles available. Overall, a really cool place for a cocktail.
