Been visiting this shop for a few years now, took a break from them for awhile but recently wondering why I did besides longer drive, with that said they're always selling good product for a solid price. I feel like the Deli deals are the best in the state and the staff at the Florence location make things smooth with it being a more casual shop and not as intimidating in size like some of the North locations. I believe his name is Ty who I've seen since I've been going and he always makes my transaction a solid experience. Love getting into the details about the weed with these staff members!

I used my debit card at this dispensary. It was my only purchase that day and since then I had a charge show up for the same day for dazzle dress up.com. My card company canceled the card but I can see other charges have also tried to go through, in the $30 to $40 range, probably in hopes if being overlooked. I do not know for sure it was someone working there but I would definately recommend you use cash if you go there.

Make certain you tell your budtender to show you the product labels that you are purchasing before you pay, as Nirvana continues to hire jokers who think it’s funny to screw up your purchase by giving you two or more Of the same strain when you have asked for a mix and match. Why? Beat’s the hell out of me. And when you bring the issue to the managers attention, they’ll tell you that you can’t exchange one product for the one that you ordered. Moreover, they won’t even offer a courtesy preroll for your hassle. I only started to patronize Nirvana recently, due to location, after years of boycotting them following 3 negative incidents. The first invoices extremely poor customer service, another involving one product I purchased that was not in the bag, and one act of discrimination. I decided to cut them a break and try them out again. It appears that nothing much has changed. At least the passive aggressive customer service hasn’t changed. If I patronize the Florence location again, I will not allow the girl who screwed up my order to wait on me. The same girl tried to do the same to me a several weeks ago by giving me two of the same strain, but I caught her before I paid. So make certain that what you get rung up is exactly what you asked for as most items cannot be returned or exchanged. Just more reasons why management should not be tolerating passive aggressive employees.
