Delicious and creative food, in a wonderful building and atmosphere. The food was very tasty, super creative (a lot !) and mixes very distinct flavours in ways I hadn’t experienced before. I believe this restaurant should soon obtain a Michelin star. As a constructive comment, I would say that sometimes even if the food is great, some of the flavours are soooo intense, that they become overwhelming. Those intense flavours are great, but I think that if you tune them down just by 10%, they will still keep their flavourful spirit without overwhelming the person. Also, although the waitress and personnel where all great and very friendly, some details on how they serve and the speed between plates can be improved. All in all, the restaurant is excellent and I’ll definitely be back.

Locale Firenze has an atmosphere and vibe that are truly unmatched — easily one of the most memorable spots I have ever been to. The moment you step inside, you’re transported into the old-world charm of historic Firenze. It feels like entering a hidden chapter of the city’s past. The cocktails were really good and did not dissapoint. No wonder they have top 20 in the world. Additionally, my wife and I had their tasting dinner menu which did not dissapoint. The reason why I gave it a 4 start and not 5 is because we were served pigeon. If we would have received a heads up, we would have preferred some sort of beef protein to compleemnt the entire tasting menu. All in all though, the tasting meny experience was enjoyable and best of it's kind. I'm glad we were able to not only have their cocktails but also dine here. If you’re looking for a place with exceptional atmosphere and a deep Florentine character, Locale Firenze is absolutely worth a visit.

On the best 50 bars list, this place is a gem. The breath is international, with awesome fresh interiors far from the old brick house outside. It feels to step in a different dimension. Drinks were delicious and while the price is high for Italy (20euro) you get snacks, pre drink and a post drink shot, so I feel the price is really worth it. The bar tenders a chatty, kind and do a great job to keep you happy and serving you. Would recommend their old fashion, perfectly balanced.

Tremendous fun! The staff here were very welcoming and their cocktail menu is brilliantly designed to incorporate Italian culture and cocktails in a amusing and inventive style. My husband had a vodka cocktail that had coffee and miso in it and I had a non alcoholic cocktail that was delicious. We were given a small complimentary cocktail when we were seated and a complimentary shot when we asked for the bill and the staff made sure mine was non alcoholic which I thought was a lovely touch that showed they were tailoring the experience to their guests. I'd highly recommend visiting Locale if you are in Florence.

Just perfect. Don’t hesitate, book! We tried the five-course tasting menu and it was delightful. The starters were unique, balanced, and creative. We came with our child and were able to enjoy our tasting menu while our 4-year-old had what turned out to be a surprisingly sophisticated pasta cooked al dente and absolutely delicious. The main course did not disappoint and the dessert sealed the evening as a perfect dinner. Our server Alex was attentive and helpful. The cocktails were also a hit.
