The ultimate spot for a sunset gin and tonic with an unobstructed view of the call to prayer echoing across the medina.

Fantastic 5-star experience. Large, well-appointed, very comfortable rooms. Great beds and pillows. Beautiful public spaces, fantastic breakfast, nice bar and food options with exceptional views. Staff all provided exceptional service, except for the gentleman that sits outside of the restaurant and bar entrance, who was indifferent at past over both nights of our stay. Location is not an easy walk to town if that is important to you, but its location at far side of town is very relaxing and a respite.
Magnificent! A perfect combination of old and new with a distinctly Moroccan design and sensibility. The service was superb - Moroccan hospitality at its best. And the food was also excellent. I would return in a heartbeat.
We recently stayed at Palais Faraj, and I don't have words to describe the wonderful stay we had. From the beauty and elegance of the palace, to the perfect service and attention of the staff. We are thankful for the kindness we received at every moment, as well as the advice regarding the visit of Fes. We shall certainly return.
Great hotel to enjoy drinks at the patio. We were served by Chakir in a very professional and kind manner. The terrace for dinner was superb.
Beautiful setting with gorgeous tiles and rugs, impressive looking from the outside, however very impractical and odd layout. We were put in a bedroom right between two public toilets, you can hear toilets flushing. We requested for a different room but it wasn’t granted till the following day. Room was very dark with small windows, it feels suffocating. Poor insulation, you can see the light coming through underneath the door and feel the draft coming in. Staff polite though. Considering the price tag it was a huge let down for me.
