Riad Fes is truly exemplary. The entire facility is stunning and our room felt extremely luxurious. Their service was excellent and the restaurant was delicious. Convenient location in the old medina and felt like an oasis admist the hustle and bustle of the souks. Would definitely recommend!

Wow- what a beautiful Riad in the Medina. We stayed in one of the suites, and the service was exceptional from check in to check out. The rooms are beautiful and peaceful. Everyone from the hotel concierge to the porters go above and beyond. The breakfast (included) had a lot of variety (which we appreciated was in contrast to the typical Moroccan breakfast we were served at every other Riad we stayed with). The porter brought our bags out to the taxi stand and hailed us a taxi too! The only complaint I have is the dining experience for dinner- the food and wine were delicious but the service was not on par with the rest of the hotel experience (attention to details were missing- we asked for still water & were brought sparkling, were not checked on again after our meals came, and we poured our own wine; surprising for a fine dining experience).

An absolutely beautiful and luxurious hotel, which effortlessly blends traditional opulent architecture and design with modern comfort. The food at Gayza restaurant in Riad Fes is exceptional. It deserves the Michelin star it has and easily surpassed other similarly rated restaurants we tried in Fes. Breakfast was superb too. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Our stay was memorable and very comfortable.

My mom and I were recommended to the Hammam Spa treatment part of Riad Fes and I can’t speak more highly about the experience—one of a kind princess treatment! I was worked on by Jameela, who so expertly scrubbed and pampered me that I came out of that treatment like a newborn baby. I will say, the experience isn’t for shy people. But if you just relax and enjoy you will come out feeling like a new person, totally transformed. I’ve been floating on air since I left! Can’t wait to come back and will recommend to everyone I know! Next time I hope to have the pleasure of staying in the beautiful rooms, the rooftop bar was lovely and I had a “Golden Medina” passionfruit cocktail that was superb. The kitchen had a gas problem so we had had a challenge with our food, but the staff was so charming and offered us a complementary glass of wine to make up for it. Very classy people. Can’t wait to see yall again!

This review is for the restaurant only. Was treated to a very expensive meal there two nights ago. The waiter apologized for the poor service (many staff on holiday) but could not do anything about the terrible food. The beef tangine consisted of overcooked green beans and a small tough piece of meat. No grain served and no promised ginger sauce. My meal was no exception; everyone’s food was of poor quality.
