My visit to the Nejjarine Museum in Fes was truly impressive! The building itself is a masterpiece beautifully restored with traditional woodwork and elegant details that reflect the rich Moroccan craftsmanship. Inside, the collection of wooden artifacts, tools, and art pieces is fascinating and offers a real glimpse into the history of traditional woodworking. The rooftop terrace was one of my favorite parts, offering peaceful views over the old medina. The museum is well-organized, clean, and calm, making it a perfect escape from the busy streets outside. Definitely a must-see for anyone interested in culture, history, and Moroccan artisanal heritage

Great museum! For the price of only 20 MAD you get: 1) super informative exhibition 2) great rooftop view with 360 degree view. The museum covers a lot of the history of Fes, specifically about the use of wood for art, architecture and various daily needs. Never seen as much attention to wood in Morocco and after this museum I saw Fes wooden details from the new perspective 10/10

The museum is really big, with three floors to explore and a rooftop café. Each floor offers something interesting, and you can truly see the history of Fes. especially the use of wood, from everyday household items to armory and weapons. It highlights the city’s craftsmanship and daily life through time. The rooftop is a great bonus, where you can relax and enjoy views of the city buildings around. Somehow worth a visit.

Interesting place to visit for a little insight in local customs and woodworking skills. It has a small terrace on the top serving drinks and some delicious Moroccan cakes. A nice view of the medina too from there.
