My experience at Restaurant L’Amandier in Fes was truly memorable! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant décor and welcoming atmosphere. The menu features a fantastic mix of Moroccan and Mediterranean dishes, each beautifully presented and full of rich flavors. I especially loved the tagines and fresh salads perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The service was efficient, and the setting is perfect for a relaxed dinner with family or friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Fes

What an incredible spot! You need to make a reservation, and I recommend coming early to visit their bar and listen to live music while enjoying an excellent cocktail high above the city. We loved the scallop and saffron rice dish - creamy and so flavorful. The molten lava cake was one of the best i ever had. While there were service issues when I sent my improperly cooked steak back, they did take it back and did not charge us. Other than that service issue, the wait staff was excellent. This is a really classy spot and if I had one restaurant in the city to recommend, it would be this one.

Classy restaurant inside a nice hotel. Service is as good as you can expect in a fancy place, but food however is a different story. The Moroccon dished I ordered feels fairly normal, the desert was pretty good. Perhaps it's a place for French food for foreigners? They have a wine menu, so that's better than most local restaurants.

DO NOT SKIP THE SALADS, each little pot was a diverse flavour experience, some not for me but regardless the variety was immense, also had the best carrots I've ever tasted. Super friendly staff considering I was alone for lunch, incredible beautiful views, pricy but worth it if you want a relaxed comfortable vibe.
