Blown away by the hospitality, service quality of the whole team. (Oman is amazing!). The hotel is beautiful. Our favorite of the entire Morocco trip!
Our family of three had an exceptional 2-night stay at Karawan Riad, occupying two of their suites. The property is visually breathtaking, featuring 'picture-perfect' common spaces and suites that are uniquely designed, spacious, and elegantly appointed with every amenity you could need. However, the true standout is the STAFF. They provide a level of service that makes you feel like royalty, starting from seamless pre-arrival planning to the meticulous & personalized care they take while you are in Fes. Thank you Nezha, Omar, Mohammad, Emin and all others for making our trip special! And so glad we also used the hammam facility and service - it was amazing! Cannot imagine staying anywhere else if we ever find ourselves in Fes again.
Once you make your way to this hidden treasure within the walls of the city, you will appreciate a little gem of artistry that calls itself a Riad. The staff is terrific, always ready to please.
I had a wonderful stay at this Riad. Everything exceeded my expectations — the food was delicious and clean, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I truly felt at home. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to come back!
beautiful Riad, big rooms, truly amazing staff, and nice rooftop but to get something to drink you have to go downstairs to ask for it….not the best service they should have a waiter upstairs they also forgot to change our towels the second day
