We spent one night in this hotel and it was enough. It is NOT a 5 stars (rather a normal 4 stars). Rooms are old and it smells humidity and sewage starting from the lift. Room carpets very old and smelling. Bathrooms cleaning below standard and lacking amenities. The hotel really needs a global refurbishment.. Talking about prices applied is another story : A glass of orange juice was at mad 80 ( eur 7.5 or gbp 6.5) .. In Morocco ..???!!! . A glass of natural orange juice is two times cheaper in London. This is simply ridiculous... A beer is much cheeper .. For general information Morocco is a world leader in orange production...!! However the good point in this hotel is the staff. Reception, bar and restaurant staff is very professional, kind and all the time ready to find solution.. Bravo and respect for the team.
“Vacation and luxury” The receptionist checked us in quickly, and after we confirmed our room online, they responded clearly and promptly. The housekeeping service was attentive and the explanations were clear. All the hotel staff were friendly and polite, and the housekeeping was excellent. Highly recommended.
We bought a day pass for the pool area with lunch included for 690MAD and had a wonderful experience! The pool was great, the sunbeds were very comfortable and the food was super! Finally, Anas, who was working at the pool was very attentive and helpful with moving the parasol around to give the right shade and brought us refreshing cold towels and fresh fruit. 5 stars for Anas! :)
An elegant hotel on the hill in front of the old town. Equipped with all the comforts to relax after a long day of visits around the city of Fes. Swimming pool, spa and gym very well address the needs of those who want to stay active and then dedicate a little pampering to their body. The rooftop is suitable for enjoying a beautiful view by taking an aperitif to complete the day. The rooms are large and elegant with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant is of excellent quality with a wide choice of food, both for lunch and dinner. Great, helpful and friendly staff
We had a great visit at Sahrai Hotel. Our room was very nice and the lobby and public rooms were pretty and interesting. Interesting architecture and decor! Dinners were very tasty, but the food service was not the best. It took very long for our dinners to be served on 2 of our 3 nights. However, our waiter, Ahmed, was quite good and very helpful and kind. Our breakfast waitress/server/helper every morning was Samira. She was extremely kind and so very friendly and helpful all 3 mornings!! I give her great commendations. She has been there for 10 years and is a very valuable employee!!!! Seek her out in the mornings...she will take great care of you!
