An oasis of calm in the madness of the Fez Medina. A little difficult to find and only a short walk from the Blue Gate, the Cafe Clock is a real gem. A really relaxed and friendly vibe from the cafe. Spread over three floors it has plenty of space and never feels too busy. Mike the owner and all the staff are really friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome. The food is delicious and the menu has a modern twist on Moroccan food. If the Medina ever gets too much, make a beeline for Cafe Clock, for a relaxing, chilled vibe. As well as the cafe there is a cookery school, live music, story telling and even a cinema. By far my favourite cafe in Fez. 😊😋🧁🥞

Excellent r’fissa!! Would highly recommend. The camel burger is slightly overrated and feels a bit like a tourist trap (110 dirham), very much like a beef burger that’s been seasoned like a lamb kofta. But maybe just not our taste. Very reasonably priced. Service was very friendly.

Food is ok. Atmosphere is nice and it can be a good stop by after a quite packed visiting morning. We had a camel burger - the meat was a bit dry. I suggest to ask the meat medium and not well done. The potatoes were great. Also, we ordered the poach with minced lamb meat. I liked the spices in the minced meat, however you can have a more authentic experience ordering the same sandwich few meters upstream, as the locals do. Cooking at the streets has its own charm. Finally, be careful their POS is not working, which put me in a lot of trouble.

It can be a little tricky to find, but it's right near the Bou Inania Madrasa and a 2 min walk to the left. There is a red board that directs you to the restaurant/cafe. The place was quite busy when we arrived so we were directed to the rooftop and it had some of the best views and colours on the top, the washrooms were cleaned, food was amazing and the experience was fantastic. I had forgotten my power bank but they took my phone and charged it for me, I was waiting to try the Falafel bowl but they said it was finished however later gave it to a different table (was a bit disappointed) however a good experience all in all and is worth the hype and reviews. We ordered the Fez Platter and a chocolate shake and it was more than worth the price we paid for, a must visit if you are in the medina of Fes!

Nice ambience at the original location of Cafe Clock, especially at the rooftop. But I didn’t enjoy the food as much as other reviewers. The camel burger tasted like a very mediocre burger. I would prefer In n Out or Five Guys any day. The fried chicken had an interesting spice, but it felt more like an appetizer than a main as they were chicken bites rather than real chicken pieces. Service was very good. The server came up a few times to check that we were enjoying our meal.
