We enjoyed our stay at Tiger Lily and would definitely stay here again. Our room was beautiful, with enormously high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a fireplace that gave it a lot of character. The robes and bathroom amenities were a really nice touch as well. The staff was consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. I also loved the layout of the hotel. There were only two rooms on each floor, key access was required, and it felt very private and secure. One thing to know before booking is that Tiger Lily is also a very busy restaurant and bar. It seemed lively all day and especially busy at night, so at times it felt more like a restaurant with rooms upstairs than a traditional hotel experience. Our stay included breakfast, which was excellent, although we were only able to enjoy it once because it didn’t start until 8AM and we already had activities planned. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely return.

Was here for my 70th birthday present. Our Room was absolutely beautiful and we were blown away with our upgrade. Service by all staff was fantastic throughout our stay. So friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding especially the seafood platter. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.

Beautiful, high end hotel with a fun, whimsical vibe. The location is excellent & the staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was quiet, had a very comfortable bed & a great shower with lots of hot water. The breakfast & cappuccinos were delicious with generous portions. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend it!

We had an excellent festive lunch yesterday. Menu choices were so good. Each course that we had was well presented, delicious and enjoyed by all. Service was excellent. This is our second time being served by Seren. She is so welcoming, friendly and attentive. She gives us recommendations on the menu choices and information on the dishes. She is an absolute joy to have waiting on us & serving us. We will be back & would recommend Tigerlily for Boozy brunches, lunches and their festive menu.

With a landmark birthday to celebrate, we chose Tigerlily as our destination hotel. Having previously visited but never stayed in, we had high hopes and were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in to leave our bags, we were made to feel special by the reception staff. On returning to check in, to our unexpected delight, we had been upgraded to one of the Georgian Suites, our room (25) was on the top floor, well away from the vibrancy this hotel is renowned for, when it was time to call it a night. So many lovely touches to the room, from the coffee, beauty products, robes and slippers, etc. The bar and restaurant area is exotic, classy and lively on a night, yet elegant and sophisticated throughout the day. At breakfast time, the menu was perfect with plenty of options, but also the option to customise anything to suit your preference. The food was incredibly fresh and amazing quality, but it was the service from Seren that really won us over, so please say a huge thank you from us, to her. Cannot wait to come back and do it all again.
