Had an amazing night at Culture Club Revelin. The location alone is incredible — partying inside a historic medieval fortress gives the whole experience a unique atmosphere you really don’t find elsewhere. The music was great, the sound system powerful, and the lighting/show setup surprisingly impressive for such a historic venue. The crowd was international and energetic without feeling chaotic, and despite being a very popular club, the organization at the entrance and bar was quite good. Drinks are definitely on the expensive side, but honestly that’s expected for a place like this in Dubrovnik. If you’re visiting the city and want a memorable nightlife experience, this place is absolutely worth at least one night.

I promise this is not worth it. 20 Euro tickets to enter a lame club with horrible music. I’ve been to better places as a pregame. This place is a robbery and it’s funny to see anyone give it good reviews. Drinks are through the roof and watered down. If you want to feed a place money and feel bad about yourself this is for you. People here dance as hard as they can to convince themselves it doesn’t suck. I never give bad reviews but this is the most pathetic club I’ve ever been to.

Revelin was honestly one of the biggest nightlife disappointments I’ve ever experienced. We paid €40 just to get in, which already sets high expectations but it only went downhill from there. On top of the entrance fee, we were charged to hang our jackets, which felt like squeezing every extra euro out of guests. When we ordered drinks, things got even worse. I got a vodka with juice, and it tasted so watered down that I had to order an extra shot just to taste any vodka at all. For the prices they charge, that’s ridiculous. While paying, there was also this awkward pressure to tip, which made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable. And the drink prices? Honestly more expensive than many clubs in Western Europe, but with far worse quality. The layout of the club is terrible as well. The dance floor feels cramped and awkward because there’s a VIP section plus tables everywhere that apparently need reservations. Instead of an open space to dance, it feels like you’re stuck in the leftover area between tables. It completely kills the vibe. At least it was inside a “castle”. But the music was by far the worst part. I’m honestly speechless at how bad the DJ set was. One moment it’s Justin Bieber, then suddenly Indian music, then random beats with zero transition or flow. It felt chaotic and completely killed any chance of a good atmosphere. The transitions were awful and the crowd looked just as confused and bored as we were. I stayed 2–3 hours hoping it would improve, but it honestly became unbearable. I think there was maybe one song the whole night that people actually vibed with. The only positive thing I can say is that the bathroom was free which is a pretty low bar for a €40 club experience. When we finally left, a lot of other people were leaving too, which pretty much confirmed the same feeling. This place is massively overrated and absolutely not worth the money. Save your €40 and go literally anywhere else in Dubrovnik.

€40 to get into Culture Club Revelin and somehow it only got worse from there. The place is packed with reserved tables so if you didn’t book one, good luck even finding somewhere to stand with your drink. Speaking of drinks — we ordered vodka mixers and couldn’t taste a single drop of vodka, literally had to order an extra shot just to make it taste like anything, while being awkwardly pressured to tip each time. The crowd was rude and constantly pushing, the atmosphere felt weirdly aggressive, and the music was unbelievably bad — just repetitive beats with no vocals, no energy. On top of that, they even charge you to hang up your jacket. Easily the worst club experience I’ve ever had.

Let's start with how the club looks like - because it's something very unique of this place and I liked it a lot. I've never seen a club that's been built in walls that have over 500 years - just WOW. If you're (even a bit) a "club person" - it's definitely worth to see it while visiting Dubrovnik. I visited it at the beginning of October and I'm not sure if it was because weather was bad on that day or because it was Sunday, but there were just few people inside - we came at 10:40pm, stayed until 1am and there were like 8 people at maximum, so we didn't really have that much fun and we're not gonna visit Dubrovnik again for sure, so that's a quite downside, but it's not the Revelin Club fault. I have to take one star out because the prices for the cocktails are really high and I don't really care if it's everywhere in Croatia like that, because there are bars nearby where you can get the same drinks for 1/5 of the price. I saw people complained about different prices which vary if you buy it at the entrance or online - if you read reviews first and then go somewhere... you know everything and you're prepared. I had my tickets bought online in advance and there were no issues according to this in my situation.
