My husband and I are currently in Dubrovnik and our hotel recommended 360 restaurant to us. We decided to make a reservation and requested for a table with a view. Upon our arrival, the service was impeccable from start of finish. We ordered the Ala carte menu which was the 1st or 2nd and then main and dessert and some red wine to go along with the meal. We had the langoustine, mackerel as our 2nd, beet and lamb as our mains and then the lemon and chocolate as dessert. Food was delicious and the service was prompt but not hurried. Our table was just by the wall and the view was amazing. There was a heater nearby to us and they also provided us with blankets to combat the cold. It’s April no doubt but it can still be chilly in the evenings. The plating of the food was gorgeous and the bread (in a flower shape) as well as the sourdough were sublime. The petit fours were also really well done. What an experience it was and we would recommend it to anyone who is looking for good food, great ambience and exceptional service.

My wife and I visited Restaurant 360 during our honeymoon after seeing countless glowing reviews and rankings that made it seem like a must-visit dining experience in Dubrovnik. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the hype.To start with the positives, the service was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. The view is also absolutely phenomenal and easily one of the best in Dubrovnik. The atmosphere and setting are truly special. However, the food was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the price. The portions were extremely small, even by fine dining standards, and the dishes lacked the flavor and creativity we were expecting from a restaurant with such a reputation. We left feeling underwhelmed and questioning what exactly we were paying for. I understand that fine dining is about quality over quantity, but when you’re paying premium prices, the food itself should be memorable. In our case, the view and service were the only memorable parts of the evening. As visitors celebrating a once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon, we specifically sought out what appeared to be the highest-rated restaurant experience in Dubrovnik. After dining here, I can honestly say the reviews and ratings did not match our experience. If you’re considering Restaurant 360, go for the view and the service—but manage your expectations when it comes to the food.

We had a great dinner at Restaurant 360 and as others have stated, the service, setting and food were all outstanding. We were a little disappointed it was raining before dinner so we knew we’d have to sit inside. We were very pleasantly surprised as the inside dining room was lovely. An even nicer touch was unprompted by us, they asked if we want to move to an outside table for the entrees and dessert as it had stopped raining. The menu options were all very appealing and the foie gras and sweetbreads were standouts. The breads they bring were next level as well. Great wine list also.

Booked a few weeks prior to visiting Dubrovnik, and located within the city walls. The restaraunt is located below the street entry, at port level but not open to the port view. A very nice atmosphere inside and incredible service from the moment you arrive. As you would expect from. A Michelin star restaurant, the food is superb and a real treat. Needing little description as to have a Michelin star it is always going to be very special. A choice between "S" 1st or 2nd, main & desert, "M" 1st, 2nd & main, or "L" 1st, 2nd, main & desert. Or the al a carter option. The food is plentiful, served with perfectly cooked bread, and book ended with an appetiser and petit fours, so the "L" option involves a lot of food. The service is exemplary and a big part of the experience, making the whole thing extra special. I gave 4 stars, purely on the basis of price. I understood the pricing before I went, and was happy to pay for an amazing experience, but as with everything inside the city walls the cost does seem excessive. However, I understand that to run a restaurant like this requires a lot of good staff and expertise so this is just an observation and didn't detract from a great food experience.

Delicious, wonderful food & service on a very traumatically rainy day. We got there very late, soaked, but they were still kind enough to honor the reservation. We'd come back and try their other dishes any day.
