Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik exceeded every expectation and was, without question, one of the highlights of our entire European vacation. This is a true 5-star hotel in every sense of the word. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, attention to detail, and overall guest experience were exceptional. The views are simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the Adriatic Sea and the stunning backdrop of Dubrovnik's Old Town was an experience we will never forget. The location is unbeatable—close enough to easily enjoy the historic city while still feeling like a luxurious retreat. Our room was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Every interaction with the staff was warm, professional, and genuine. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The spa was outstanding and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge. Every area of the property, from the restaurants to the common spaces, reflected the quality and elegance expected from a world-class hotel. What impressed us most was that everything worked seamlessly. The service, accommodations, amenities, food, and atmosphere all came together to create an extraordinary experience. Quite simply, we did not want to leave. Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik is one of those rare properties that lives up to its reputation and then exceeds it. We will absolutely return and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and looking for a truly exceptional luxury hotel experience.

Great hotel with beautiful views and outstanding service. My flight into Dubrovnik was diverted, causing me to miss two nights of my stay, but the hotel was incredibly accommodating and extended my booking by two days so I wouldn’t lose any of my trip. Their flexibility and hospitality truly made the experience exceptional. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff here are absolute angels! I dropped in briefly on a very hot day, and the hospitality I experienced from the reception team was next level. They are incredibly sweet, friendly, and caring people. I felt so genuinely welcomed and comfortable. If their customer service is this amazing for a brief visitor, I can only imagine how wonderful it is to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, the service was superb — warm greetings, attentive staff, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was beautifulband offered a fantastic view that truly made our stay special. Dining at the hotel was a pleasure. The chef and the waiters/waitresses were all extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. A special mention to Chef Markos — his omelette with mushroom and French toast were absolutely remarkable and easily the highlight of our breakfasts 😋😋😋. It was made even more memorable by his friendly and chirpy demeanour. Overall, an excellent experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back 🥰.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, situated just a few minutes’ easy walking distance from the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. This is truly a 5-star experience in every sense. The staff service was world-class—attentive, professional, and welcoming. Additionally, the food was excellent, exceeding our expectations at every meal.
