Simply put, this is a fun bar. The clientele appeared to be primarily young people, but as a retired couple we didn’t feel out of place. It was a distinct difference from the tourists that crowd the inside of the walls. We saw this place when we took the walk around the top of the walls and so later decided to try and find it which wasn’t difficult with Google maps. You go to the small bar for service and are greeted by young guys who seem to have had their share of experiences in life. They’re friendly and efficient. Beers and drinks come quickly. The seating is at multiple levels on the rocks outside of the famous walls and the views are incredible. There were quite a few sunbathers lower down and others either jumping from the rocks and/or swimming in the crystal-clear water. We had planned to just have one drink, but the laid-back ambiance led to us staying for quite a while. Since seating can be quite limited we shared our table with a couple from Calgary, Canada which led to great conversations while watching the sun set over the water. Just an overall tremendously relaxing experience!
• A nice spot for a clear view of the sea and for watching people jumping off the cliff, and kayaking. • The bar itself is not great. Looks like they have bottled drinks only. Drinks were a bit overpriced but it was understandable based on the location. • You don't have to purchase anything if you don't use the table and chairs. • They don't have a bathroom. • It was very quiet as of late April. • Worth a visit for a short break.
Amazing location to watch the sunset. They had two flavors of cider, I got the raspberry and it was pretty good. Prices weren’t bad given the location, but you go there for the views not the bar itself I think.
No seats so gotta stand by the railings or sit on the rocks. They only serve bottled alcohol so beers, wines etc. Only come for the vibes, the view and setting was amazing and the sunset was great! Can pay with cash or card.
Stumbled on this place after we decided NOT to walk the walls. What a lively find for a beer or two with great view and watching people cliff dive into the sea. Recommend the local beer
