One of the most wonderful places I found in Zagreb for genuinely healthy, thoughtful food. I absolutely loved the whole concept — supporting local producers, focusing on sustainability, and working with ingredients that are organically certified or sourced from partners who clearly share the same philosophy. I had the rice burek with sweet potatoes, which was absolutely delicious, as well as the mung bean omelette, and one of the best desserts I had during my stay. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, natural, and full of flavour without trying too hard. The Jaffa cake with cashew cream and orange was particularly memorable. What made the experience even better was the person taking care of the place — calm, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely present. We had a short conversation, and I left thinking that the world could use far more places like this, and far more people like that.

Very nice and cozy place to grab something organic and healthy in the heart of Zagreb. All of the food is plant bases and very very delicious! We’ve tried their daily soup, red curry bowl and caramel cheesecake. If you are in Zagreb, this place is a must visit! Warm recommendations!

The best place to eat in Zagreb even if you are not vegan! I will start by thanking Ivona,our lovely waitress! She was very professional, pleasant and willing to help us with the menu. Everything we ate was delicious! The atmosphere was amazing ! We liked the wine so much that we brought one with us back to Greece. At the end of our dinner they treated us with a dessert wine. And last but not least they are pet friendly! Thank you for the wonderful dinner!

A very nice and pleasant experience at Biomania. Everything on the menu is plant-based, and we stopped there for dessert. We tried the soft orange cake, which was delicate and really flavorful, and the double chocolate cake, which was rich and very satisfying. The ice cream with matcha and vanilla was something quite unique—both in texture and taste—and definitely memorable. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What stands out is also their philosophy: they work with local producers and bring together organic, high-quality ingredients, which gives a meaningful touch to everything they offer. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating, a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and reasonable prices considering the quality. It’s also conveniently located in the center. Overall, a very enjoyable and thoughtful experience.

Our first meal in Zagreb! The atmosphere is very soothing - love that they have lots of plants. 😊We had the Falafel Bowl, BioMania Burger and a ginger drink - I believe it was ginger beer. Everything was delicious! I love how women are considered - the toilet has free feminine hygiene products. 👍If I'm ever in Zagreb, I'll definitely go there again!
