Fantastic hotel. We stayed here at both ends of our trip, and both times were fantastic. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and clean and modern appearance. We arrived on an early morning flight and had booked our rooms from the night before, and had no issues getting checked in. There’s a car park right down the street, which was helpful several times for us as we had a rental at the end of our first stay and beginning of our second. The water bottle filling station was also really conveniently located by the fitness center. The decor was nice and was accented by quotes from Irish poets and musicians. Finally, the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and modern place to stay. No more than a 15 minute walk to Trinity and Guinness, and less than 10 to Temple Bar and various shopping districts.
We stayed at The Morrison for two nights. Upon arrival, we were initially given a room at the end of the corridor that felt cramped and had virtually no view. The windows could not even be opened for fresh air. After requesting a room change, Maria from Sardinia at the Front Office handled the situation quickly and professionally, and we were moved to a much better and brighter room within the same category. They clearly know how to manage these situations, and I am quite sure we were not the first guests to mention the issue with the original room. Also, thank you for the additional perks provided. The room itself was very good, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. However, being a hotelier myself, I really dislike the growing trend in Europe of removing guest amenities from rooms under the so called “environmentally friendly” approach. Having to request something as basic as a dental kit does not create a luxury feeling. Breakfast also deserves a mention. Elias, our server from Goa, was both extremely friendly and very efficient. While the overall quality of the breakfast was high, the buffet selection and the à la carte portions/options could definitely be improved in terms of quantity and variety. Overall, we had a very good stay. Had the room not been changed, I probably would have rated the experience no higher than 2 stars. However, thanks to the excellent service recovery and the outstanding staff, I am giving it 5 stars. The location is also excellent ✨
This hotel was amazing!! The staff were absolutely phenomenal. We arrived hours before check in due to our flight and the employees who work at the front desk were so helpful checking our bags to hold on to them while we explored. They also said they would try to get a room ready for us before check in time, and they did! Absolutely not expected but was a very nice surprise after a long travel day. The room was so clean and you can tell it’s well kept, overall just a phenomenal hotel room. The breakfast was delicious and a very clean buffet with lots of great options! Overall, our time here was amazing. The staff again just deserve a huge shout out, everyone we interacted with was so kind, friendly and helpful. The front desk employees gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Everyone we passed in the halls said hello. And the room was so wonderful!! Highly recommend if you’re in Dublin!
Had a great time at the hotel. All staff were very helpful and food- healthy and delicious. Especially, Kevin was really helpful to show me the way to the fitness centre and assisting me there. I needed to weight my bag and I was in a rush to go to the airport. He was brilliant! My favourite dish in their restaurant was Morrison Salad with grilled chicken. It was healthy and delicious. Also, paintings in the lobby were very interesting and creative. Will be back. Thank you!!!
This hotel was fantastic! The staff were so accommodating. I couldn’t believe how much they went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The only thing I will say is that the room, in my opinion, was very warm. Other than that the location is great, the bar was nice and the staff was excellent. I would recommend this hotel!
