Great venue for gigs.more intimate/smaller than most.

This place has the look and feel of a great pub. The staff are great, talkative and friendly. The problem I had was the constant smell of drugs being brought in to the building from people gathering around the main entrance. A good pint though.

I went to the Cruchan gig here. A nice bar. They do a good pint of Guinness! There is smoking areas as well. Upstairs there is lots of space for a gig. It's good that you can move around. There is an outside area too. They also have a good range of drink at the bar!

First time in the Grand Social for a gig this week. Loved the atmosphere. Staff are very chill & the overall ambience is funky. An interesting route to the gig room which is upstairs through the rooftop beer garden!

Deceptive from the outside, looks like a normal Irish pub, but inside also has a large open space, kinda ball room meets square dance area. Upstairs is a beer garden and the live music venue. Small, intimate, great for live bands, bit like the 100 Club in London.
