If you want an amazing stay with truly exceptional customer service, then One&Only is the place to be! Special thanks to Mr. Moorthy for making our Eid stay unforgettable from the very first moment. We initially came as walk-in guests hoping to enjoy afternoon tea, but unfortunately it was fully booked. While we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our car to head elsewhere, Mr. Moorthy noticed us and kindly asked about our experience. After we explained the situation, he simply asked us to wait a few minutes. Shortly after, he personally returned with the restaurant manager and managed to secure a table for us. That level of care and attention was beyond impressive. The next day at breakfast, he greeted us again, checked on how our stay was going, asked about the food, and even took interest in our plans for the day. When we mentioned we were checking out later and hoping to rest a little more, he generously offered us a late checkout — and honestly, who would say no when staying at such an incredible hotel? It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. Mr. Moorthy truly made our experience special, and his hospitality is the reason we will definitely return. Thank you for the warm, thoughtful, and outstanding service!

His dedication and care made the entire experience seamless, and I truly appreciated how attentive he was every step of the way. I would also like to sincerely thank Veidhi, the Marketing Director, for making this experience possible. Her professionalism, kindness, and efforts in coordinating everything were greatly appreciated, and she played a huge role in making my stay so memorable. Last but certainly not least, a big thank you to the entire reception team, especially Karim. Every interaction was warm and welcoming. Karim was always friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home. Even the simple moments, like grabbing a coffee and having a quick chat, added to the overall experience. The rooms were stunning, the service was world-class, and the location is one of the best in Dubai. What truly sets this property apart, however, is its people.
