I Really enjoyed the hotel breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of food choices from pastries, fruits, and cereals to hot meals and eggs made fresh. Everything tasted fresh and the dining area was clean and relaxing. Staff Emad were also accommodating and attentive. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely a great way to start the morning!

A modern hotel with beautifully designed rooms, extremely comfortable bedding, and very spacious accommodations. We especially appreciated the large terrace and the stunning, peaceful view. What truly made the difference during our stay, however, was the exceptional level of service. Every member of the staff was absolutely wonderful from start to finish, with a very special mention to Catarina at the reception. She undoubtedly played a huge role in making our stay so memorable. Always attentive, incredibly proactive, and genuinely kind, she handled a challenge we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, resolving the issue immediately. What impressed us even more was that she did not simply solve the problem and move on; she personally followed up with us afterward, together with the Front Office Manager Ahmed, to ensure everything had been completely resolved and that we were fully satisfied. It is in situations like these that you truly recognize the real quality of service. We also had access to the Al Mandhar Club Lounge, where the staff once again went above and beyond. Their ability to anticipate our needs and their genuine warmth made the experience even more enjoyable. The outstanding service combined with the quality of the facilities truly makes this hotel a rare gem that we would highly recommend.

Our stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and spoiled in the most beautiful way. The entire team went above and beyond to make me and Demi happy – and when I say everyone, I truly mean everyone. From the luggage porters, front desk and housekeeping teams to the restaurant staff, pool team, and lifeguards, every single person was kind, attentive, polite, and incredibly professional. The level of service is simply outstanding and comes straight from the heart. Our room was absolutely wonderful: stunning views, exceptional comfort, and a sense of peace and luxury that is hard to describe. Every detail felt thoughtful and perfectly executed. I had stayed at Jumeirah hotels before, but always for work. This time, I was finally able to slow down, focus on the details, and truly experience the soul of the hotel. And without a doubt, this was the best hotel experience of my life. Jumeirah Al Naseem is not just a hotel, it’s a feeling. We are already counting the days to come back. Everything was fantastic and spot on. Great service, very attentive staff from the moment you get out of your taxi to absolutely anything. With really lovely atmosphere around the hotel, Fantastic breakfast, nice open sea beach, baggy which takes you around all restaurants and hotels on Jumeira Beach. They even have own doctor on the site if needed (as I had a burn caused to me in a terrible place Berezka in Dubai, and doctor at the hotel was able to check on it).

At The Palmery, the breakfast buffet selection was varied and well presented, offering a good mix of international and local dishes. The food was fresh and enjoyable overall, with a nice variety of options. Some items were more standard in taste, but the overall breakfast experience was satisfying and suited to a luxury hotel setting. The staff Emad delivered a good level of hospitality.
