⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This must be around my tenth trip to Dubai, and I think I have stayed at Indigo Hotel on most of those visits. It has consistently been my preferred choice, and once again it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The hotel is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors and a unique character that sets it apart from standard chain hotels. A special thank you to Ahmed at reception, who kindly upgraded us to a beautiful corner suite. It was a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep. There is some construction activity in the surrounding area, so it can be a little noisy during the day, but this had no impact on our overall experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional service. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Indigo Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Dubai.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Business Bay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location and a relaxing atmosphere. What truly made my experience exceptional was Ayoub, the bellman. He is honestly the best bellman I’ve ever met — extremely professional, friendly, and always smiling. Ayoub went above and beyond to help with my luggage, give local tips, and make sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. His positive attitude and genuine care for guests really stand out. Employees like Ayoub make a huge difference and turn a good stay into a great one. Highly recommended — and special thanks to Ayoub for outstanding service!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai. The rooms were exceptionally clean, elegant, and beautifully decorated, which made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel also has on-site parking, although the entrance is a bit small and has a looped design, which can be slightly tricky at first. The location is also very convenient, with Dubai Mall just a 15-minute walk away. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Dubai

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai, and it made our trip incredibly special. We were travelling around my daughter’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it memorable for her. A special thank you to Ransley at the front desk for the thoughtful room upgrade, such a kind gesture. The birthday decor in the room was beautifully done and brought the biggest smile to her face. Heartfelt thanks to Wigi and Chandra for setting everything up so thoughtfully. The effort and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The rooms were lovely, the food was great, and the service throughout was warm and attentive. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality. Thank you to the entire team!
