A beautiful steak lunch at Bull & Bear with the most stunning Downtown views. We started with fresh oysters pairs with champagne. Followed by crispy crab cakes & the Waldorf salad before sharing perfectly cooked steaks. Fresh, tender, flavourful, and paired with charred asparagus and broccolini. Every dish felt thoughtfully executed and balanced. Elegant & relaxing environment with impeccable service thanks to Isabella and Piyumi. The kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger a little longer. Definitely one of Dubai’s standout dining experiences
We visited Bull & Bear DIFC for an anniversary dinner. We started with cocktails which came from different eras of US history - the waiter gave us a fascinating summary of each when he brought them to the table. We were enthralled by one which contained yuzu balls which our waitress, Piyumi, noticed and brought us more to eat on their own as neither of us had tried them before! We ordered octopus and beef tartare to start, both full of flavour and beautifully presented. Then we had two steaks, seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly as requested with crunchy green beans and pureed creamy potato. We chose a glass of the sangiovese and malbec to accompany them and our other waitress, Isabella, told us they serve a lot of bottles of this a night - we could see why! Finally we ended our meal with a plethora of puddings: toasted hazelnut and chocolate, cheesecake and a token from the restaurant too. We had such a wonderful time. The service, ambience (especially the music!) and the view were all fab and this coupled with the food meant we had a memorable evening. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for making it so special!
Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere! We had the Glazed Roasted Baby Chicken and the Bull & Bear Burger, and both were outstanding—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was top-notch; our waitress Piyumi and the entire team were truly amazing, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. A must-visit if you’re in the DIFC area!

Breakfast : + Great service + Good Food : Amazing selection of Honey : Great Buffet options : Variety of Made of Order options Had the Crab and Egg Scramble on yesterdays bread (bread from dinner service - great use of bread) Had the Sujuk and Haloumi, with their assortment of bread and middle eastern dips/spread ( very good). Well worth the time Dinner : + Good ambiance. + Beautiful Plating + Decent Somm. Perhaps even a highlight. +/- Live music is a great touch, sound needs to be reworked to highlight the singer. +/- Scallop dish needs to be reworked to make sure the Hokkaido Scallops are the highlight or substitute with any other scallop. +/- Other dishes tried were Good but not Amazing. They meet the mark not exceed it. : the Australian Wagyu Flank - good cook and sauce pairing. : Lamb Chop - Great cook, balanced Dish : Carrot Side - I wish this had a little bite left. Great Cook, perfect balance of fat and sweetness. : Broccolini - it’ll Do. Perhaps the right dish needs to be paired with it to shine. +/- Fast Service but needs refinement to match the 5star expectation. Likely a function of the clientele and less the staff. - Menu's are too large for the table sizes. - Bread concept (Croissant Crust (laminated) + brioche) might need further testing… the Beef-Marmite-Butter was good as its own but did not highlight the bread.
What can i tell you about this place! Im in shock that this service still exists! The service was phenomenal, the food was excellent and worth every penny! Highly recommend this place for a nice romantic dinner spot or a meeting with a view. I booked on careem app for dubai restaurant week and we enjoyed this experience for a fraction of the price! Love this place but make sure you have a generous wallet with you because it ain’t cheap 😝
