Having previously stayed at Atlantis The Palm, I didn’t think it could be surpassed — but Atlantis The Royal absolutely exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt elevated. The reception was seamless, and the upgrade was a wonderful surprise that set the tone for the entire stay. What really stood out was the sense of space and exclusivity throughout — whether on the beach, by the pool, or in the Royal Club, everything felt calm, spacious, and impeccably managed. Even getting a same-day reservation at Carbone was effortless and the experience itself was outstanding. Although a few outlets were not open due to renovations, this actually worked in our favour. The atmosphere felt more personalised, with attentive service and plenty of availability in all areas — something quite rare at this level of hotel. The Kids Club is truly exceptional and deserves special mention — one of the best we’ve experienced. Service throughout was flawless, with not a single negative moment during our stay. I did share one observation regarding the check-in experience for club guests, as I had expected a dedicated area similar to (or exceeding) the Imperial Club at The Palm. That said, the team responded with great professionalism and genuine openness to feedback, which was very much appreciated. Overall, Atlantis The Royal offers a refined, luxurious, and memorable experience. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it.

The Royal is one of the best hotels in the world. For experiencing pure luxurious, this is one of Dubai’s ultimate destinations. The amazing service starts from leaving the car with the valets, who are always energetic. The front desk team were welcoming and checked us in quickly. The guest services team were outstanding and met every single one of our needs with efficiency and speed. From my son ordering ice cream at 1am (which arrived in minutes) to the exceptional in-room dining experience. The view from our room was lovely, with unrestricted view of the Arabian Sea. For my children, the easy access to Aquaventure was their highlight and we visited the waterpark almost every day. The hotel lobby and grounds can get very busy in the evenings (full of diners and influencers) but it does add to the atmosphere. The entire team of staff at the hotel delivered a phenomenal service to us that we thank them from the bottom of our hearts. We look forward to staying again very soon

This hotel is breathtaking. Everything is beautiful and over the top everywhere you look. All the food options are amazing! We enjoyed our dinner at Carbone and really enjoyed Ling Ling. The breakfast buffet at Gastronomy is AMAZING, so much variety and the food was all really good. Service in the club was great and had an excellent complimentary drink selection as well as snacks/food throughout the day. The pools are amazing, service was great, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was upon arrival around 345pm our room wasn’t ready (check in is at 3pm) and wasn’t ready until almost 5pm, they did give us some resort credit to make up for this though which was appreciated.

Staying at a hotel is one thing but having a great experience is something else and that's exactly what we experienced at Atlantis the Royal. We enjoyed every part of the hotel especially the little explorer's in their kid's club. My daughter had an incredible time she didn't want to leave. We met these two amazing ladies Linnet and Jecinta. They were so nice and hospitable to our baby. We can't to ve back
