The hotel left a very positive impression. It was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were polite and welcoming. The room was cozy, everything worked properly, and you could really feel the care for guests. I would especially like to mention the housekeeping service. Manju did an excellent job. The room was always perfectly clean and well organized, towels and amenities were refreshed on time. She was very attentive to details and clearly takes pride in her work. Thank you, Manju, for your professionalism and dedication.

25hours Hotel is a visually impressive, creative and genuinely unique place. The design, atmosphere and community-focused feel are what attracted me to stay there in the first place, and there is a lot to like about the hotel. My experience started on a frustrating note when my booking wasn't showing on the system. One member of staff was unhelpful and repeatedly told me to find and speak to the event organiser myself. As a guest, that didn't feel appropriate. The hotel and organiser clearly had a relationship, and I felt the issue should have been handled between them rather than sending me to look for someone I had never met. Fortunately, Iveta (I hope I've got the name right) stepped in and completely changed the experience. She was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. She took my number, made calls on my behalf, kept me updated and got everything resolved quickly. She even explained that the situation could have been handled that way from the beginning. If it wasn't for her, my first impression of the hotel would have been very different. The other issue was what felt like a mismatch between the hotel's branding and some of the policies being enforced. 25hours presents itself as a place for creatives, travellers, digital nomads and people who enjoy a more relaxed and unconventional atmosphere. I attended a pool event at the hotel and, like many others, only brought casual clothing suitable for the event. After changing out of my poolwear, I headed to Monkey Bar for the advertised after-party, only to be turned away because I was wearing a sleeveless top and open-toed shoes. What made this particularly frustrating was that neither the organisers nor the venue had made the dress code clear beforehand. As a paying guest staying in the hotel, it felt strange to be unable to access the only bar within the building. The venue was also very quiet at the time, which made the decision feel unnecessary. Instead, I was effectively told to go elsewhere. There were also a few moments where the hotel felt overly restrictive. For example, while sitting on the edge of the pool with my feet in the water and having a conversation, security instructed us to move "for our own safety" despite there being no obvious risk. Experiences like this gradually made the environment feel more controlled than relaxed. My criticism isn't really about any single rule. It's that there seems to be a disconnect between the free-spirited, unconventional image the hotel promotes and the experience guests sometimes receive. The hotel has a fantastic concept, great design and, for the most part, friendly staff. I just think some of the policies and how they're enforced could better reflect the culture and atmosphere the hotel is trying to create. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning, but there is definitely room for improvement in the guest experience.

We are having a fantastic stay at 25 Hours Hotel Dubai! The location is amazing — surrounded by so many great restaurants, cafés, and coffee shops, which made everything super convenient. The hotel itself is excellent. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness was outstanding. A special thank you to Abdul, our housekeeper, who did an incredible job. He was very detailed, thorough, and always friendly — we truly appreciated his care. We’d also like to mention Gio from the bar, who was warm, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel!
