Pretty decent club with good vibes and music, but the energy from the staff really brings the experience down. The bartenders looked tired, grumpy, and not welcoming at all. In a club atmosphere, energy matters. Orders are not listened to properly, unwanted items get added, and bills are not even given sometimes. It feels like customers are expected to be too drunk to notice. Good service matters because people are paying good money to enjoy the place. The bar staff seriously need to level up, cheer up, and pay attention to customers properly. Also, the bouncers need to improve the way they speak to people. Not everyone comes to clubs to get drunk or chase girls. Some people genuinely come for the music, dancing, and good energy. Dancing is dancing — there shouldn’t be unnecessary limits or attitude around that.
I'm going to let all black women know this club is very racist it's my 40th birthday today and they would not let me in saying my outfit was to much and I have on a jacket but they let another girl in who's butt and legs were out. This is wrong on many levels. I waited and they never turned that girl away but they turned me away. I'm very known in many places I will make sure the would knows about this place ! I have a video of her and I'm going to post a picture of what I have on so be aware they dont like us at this place. I will never ever come back here again! It's really the manager at the door he as rude mean and I had a blazer I could have put on to cover he looked at me and said no.
Visited on a Friday night. This is a bit overrated club. We did not have a reservation. So they allowed us in only if we bought a bottle. Prices are expensive! Music is about 2/5. Atmosphere 3/5. Bartender was very friendly and efficient! Staff were polite. I don’t think il visit here again. There are better places out in west bay.
Nice spot with great music. We was there to celebrate friends birthday. It was a blast night. Special thanks to Kadyr for taking care of us. He was very attentive and helpful. Definitely suggest this place
I’ve been here many times, but this visit was extremely disappointing. One of the staff came to our table and told us we must spend at least QAR 1,300, which has never been communicated before. To make matters worse, he brought a bottle to our table without our request and insisted we spend. This is not only unprofessional but also very disrespectful. I have no problem spending—I could easily order multiple bottles—but I will never spend in a place where service is forced and handled this way. This experience has completely changed my perception. I will not return and will choose other venues that offer more respectful and professional service.
