We had a memorable culinary experience at Saffron with Chef Porntip Eumanan. The space was luxurious and spacious with stunning city views. Customer service exceeded expectations; all staff were enthusiastic, providing a complete experience from welcome drinks and light snacks to the cultural nuances of a short dinner. The food was 100% authentic Thai, prepared by an incredibly charming chef. I must say the food was slightly salty for my taste, but that's the essence of authentic Thai cuisine. Next time, I'll definitely take note of my personal preferences. With the chef's positive and open feedback, I believe Saffron deserves even more recognition than it does now.

We had the Siam Saturday Brunch and we had a wonderful time. This is a sit down unlimited brunch with salad, noodle and desserts station. The main dishes can be customized according to spicy level and it’s great if you’re bringing kids along. The duck salad was yummy, stir fry noodles with wok hei, salad variety was fresh as well. We enjoyed everything! The hospitality shown by Maung and Mann Aung has always be warm and thoughtful during the entire brunch accommodating to our family with small kids. Mann Aung and the chef mentioned that there’s about 5 different menu on rotation for the Siam Brunch, I suggest that if anyone wants to try this - you can contact them on WA to get the menu prior reservation. We will definitely visit this again!

A Thai restaurant offering a wide variety of flavorful and diverse dishes. One unique and elegant touch is that they wash your hands with rose water before you eat, which I found very classy. They also serve a selection of tasty complimentary items. I especially enjoyed the dumplings they were well-prepared and delicious. Special thanks to Pui for her quick and very welcoming service, which made the experience even better.

The venue is absolutely stunning. However, the appetizers were mediocre actually below average, though the main course was delicious. The major issue was the service; our orders took more than an hour to arrive, and even the dessert was heavily delayed. Because of this terrible delay, I will not be visiting again.

The food looked great but that is where it ended. It wasn’t hot each dish except the vegetables were warm at best . The restaurant is on the 24th floor of the hotel but the windows are dirty and it kind of obscured the possibly amazing views. The waiters were told the food was cold but did not seem that bothered that they served cold food. Had the food been hot then it would have been excellent such a shame The only good point was the banana fritter with coconut ice cream which was hot and tasted Devine
