We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect and incredibly convenient. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Ms. Zainab, who handled our reservation. She is incredibly sweet, kind, and managed to secure a fantastic offer for us. We did experience a slight hiccup during check-out, where the luggage assistance was delayed by about an hour. However, the hotel's recovery was flawless. The very next day, we received a call offering us a complimentary suite upgrade for our next visit to make up for the delay. This level of care and accountability is rare, and it truly showed us how much they value their guests. We will definitely be back!
