This is the grand mosque in Doha with large praying spaces inside the mosque, and ample outdoor space. The mosque has several premises entrances. The women praying area is a short stroll from where men can enter. The mosque has several spots with lovely scenes to Doha. The mosque is served with ablution stations and restrooms, shoe shelves, and ample parking. One can visit outside of praying hours, but don’t expect to find guided tours always. One has to dress strictly, and they have an office to help you with that. This service is complementary. The mosque is simple, yet has some lovely designs from Arabia, Persia, and Ottoman. Expect to spend anywhere between 15 minutes and 1 hour.

One of the largest grand mosques in Doha city. It’s not only for prayer but it carries a longer history of Qatar also. Men and women both can go there to pray salah. It has both indoor and outdoor both facilities. The ablution area and washroom is also quite big so that a larger number of people can use it together which is located in the basement of the building. Car parking facilities are also available here. And, a public bus stop is also nearby.

The atmosphere is serene, making it perfect for prayer and reflection. One of the most beautiful and significant landmarks in Doha. 🕌✨

This masjid was on my "to go" list during my long layover in Doha. Such a big and beautiful mosque and the works are still ongoing. Very happy to see it named after the great Imam Mohamed ibn Abdil Wahhab. May Allah bless the authorities in Awqaf and islamic affairs in Qatar.

A Truly Majestic Experience at the Grand Mosque, Qatar Visiting the Grand Mosque today was one of the most beautiful experiences of my trip. The mosque is truly grand massive, elegant, and breathtaking in every way. The architecture, the serenity, and the peaceful atmosphere made me fall completely in love with this holy place. I was given a beautiful abaya to wear inside, which added to the experience and made me feel even more connected to the spiritual ambience. Walking through the mosque felt so calm and sacred. Masha Allah, this is a place I will never forget. A must visit for anyone coming to Qatar.
