Attended a bollywood night on Friday. The crowd was decent. The DJ was awesome. Service was good. Found prices to be a bit on higher side. Bathroom has very dim lights and it becomes difficult inside in dim lights. Overall a good experience
This will be my last time to go to black orchid. Why? The service waiters are getting worse. More than 5 times i ask to order for a wine,,, Man!!! Ordered the food and it took 1 hour to arrive, its not like your cooking machbous or something heavy, its a finger food for gods sake!!! They seem to not care at all until you give them tips. Shisha was not wow, its not worth the value as well, even the shisha guy do not know what to do with the shisha, he just keeps putting charcoal . Really this experience was way worse than i thought. I take the attention to management about this poor service.
Very disappointing experience and poor handling by security. I went to Black Orchid to see DJ CIZA with a friend. During the night, a man was repeatedly staring at us, bothering us, and at one point poured a drink on us. We went to the bouncer/security to report it, but instead of addressing the situation, we were told “I don’t see anything wrong” and were advised to ignore him, which we had already been doing throughout the night. We later spoke to the guard outside as well, but again, the situation was brushed off and no action was taken against the man. As women, this was extremely frustrating. When clear harassment is reported, being told to simply “ignore it” is not acceptable. A venue should make guests feel safe and supported, not dismissed. I won’t be returning.
Amazing atmosphere great music and such a fun place overall Special mention to Mohammad Hammoud he’s super professional welcoming and honestly a big reason why people enjoy their night there He really knows how to make everyone feel comfortable and have a good time 👏
My friend and I loved our experienced in black orchid. We went last Sunday for ladies night, were only 2 of us but they attended us excellently. They are all friendly and ready to serve. Thank you for Maria Jose for being so nice and helping us to get our drinks from the bar though we should get it ourselves.She providing us suberp service. We loved the food! The nachos and the chicken wings taste good! But the one that we truly enjoyed is the vibe! Amazing! the time we sat until the party finished. I cant remember that there is a music that we ignored. The DJ played super good music! We loved every moment there, also people are all enjoying and no dull moment! All perfect! We will probably come back this coming Sunday again.
