This was my first stay in India ever. Zostel was really helpful before I arrived and even checked on me via Whatapps at the time I was leaving airport. I booked a private room, everything was clean and ready. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a storage room you can use even after your check-out and you can order food in their restaurant. The only downside is the location and scammers around. They are just waiting outside in front of the hostel. As someone mentioned here, particularly be aware of one tiny guy with short black hair and his “helicopter, manucopter” who promises a good price but then he’ll rip you off. He seems generous at first, but he knows what he does. Anyway, I’d recommend staying here.
Our stay at Zostel Delhi was exceptional from start to finish, and it truly deserves full marks on every aspect. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a super aesthetic reception lobby that immediately gave a warm, vibrant, and youthful feel to the place. It set a perfect first impression of what turned out to be an amazing stay. We booked the Twin Deluxe Room, and it was one of the cleanest and most thoughtfully designed hostel rooms we’ve stayed in. The room was spotless, well-lit, and equipped with a cozy seating area that added an extra level of comfort. The washroom was extremely clean and hygienic, maintained throughout the day, and we had all-time warm water in the tap, which was a big plus. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after long days of exploring. A major highlight of Zostel Delhi is the staff. Every team member we met was more than helpful, polite, and always smiling. Whether it was reception, housekeeping, or café staff, everyone carried a genuine warmth that made us feel welcome and cared for. Their hospitality really elevates the entire experience. The café inside Zostel also stood out. It’s beautifully done with an aesthetic vibe that makes it a perfect spot to chill or work. The guy at the café was super friendly, polite, and extremely helpful, serving everything with a cheerful smile. His positive energy added to the charm of the place. Overall, our stay at Zostel Delhi was a flawless 10/10. Beautiful interiors, clean and comfortable rooms, warm hospitality, and a café with great vibes — everything came together perfectly. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Delhi and would love to stay here again on our next trip.
Had a great stay at Zostel Delhi. The property was clean, comfortable, and had a really chill vibe. A special thanks to Gaurav Pandey for being extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout the stay. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable with his positive attitude and quick support. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a good stay in Delhi!
‼️It’s an okay place to stay, but the location is not optimal. The hotel itself is fine, but when you step outside you need to be careful because there are many tuk-tuk scammers in the area❗️One particular small, thin Indian man with black hair approached us and first offered a ride for 150 rupees, but in the end tried to charge 1500. So be very cautious when agreeing on prices for rides nearby.‼️
It was a good experience. Even though we were there for few hours still got the good hospitality. Location were they are located is not so good but manageable. Metro and auto facility are nearby. Good place to stay
