Hi guys I recently visited this restaurant. My evening was spent well . I have ordered many dishes . There was chef recommendation dish which includes starter . It is like a tandoori platter which includes hara bhara kebab , rajma galouti, tandoori broccoli 🥦, galouti mushroom , basil paneer . I just liked the broccoli and mushroom . Rest was all ok . I have ordered a drink basically a mocktail guava Mary . I loved that it’s a bit spicy but the taste was mesmerising. I have ordered palak patta chaat but it was not like that . It was like pakoda with tangy sauce on it so it was just ok . I want them to improve their starters . Add something new to menu or improve what they have . Firstly they served me a small piece of bite which was just like a kebab as palette cleanser . Before dinner they provide me guava sorbet that was too good . I loved that . In dinner I have ordered 2 portions of dal in which one was Lal moth ki maharani ( dal makhani ) and Dal methi ( yellow dal ) , Baigan ka bharta . Dal was very tasty , baigan ka bharta was also nice . I had this first time in my life . I have never tasted baigan ka bharta before . Breads were too soft and fluffy. So overall it was a very nice experience. Will loved to visit again and want them to modify something in their menu or dishes which was not up to the mark according to me . Also staff were very good . I have also ordered gulab jamun cheesecake which is their specialty. I have ordered this one day before so they can prepare it . Overall it was good 😊

Went for a family lunch for mom's birthday. 5 vegetarians and 1 non vegetarian. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Amazing presentation of the food. Excellent overall experience! Would highly recommend. Items ordered - Gulnar Paneer 3/5 - Palak Patta Chaat 4/5 - corn ke Kebab 2/5 ( the only let down in the entire meal ) - Dilli 6 chicken curry 5/5 ( must try ) - Chenna Paneer 5/5 - Tamatar & Jaitoon ke Kofte 5/5 ( must try ) - Gucchi Chole Pulao 3/5 ( decent but nothing special ) - Amritsari Kulcha 5/5 ( must try , would match anything you get in Amritsar ) - All the other breads were also very nice 4/5 - Different Strokes ( Jalebi Dessert ) - 5/5 ( must try - highlight of the meal ) - Ordered 2 mocktails which were also excellent. Special shout out for evating the lemonade. Minty, fresh, flavourful and just perfect 5/5. Look forward to coming again :)

Varq's culinary offerings show great promise, but the overall experience is hampered by service that falls short of fine-dining standards. On the culinary side, the prawns—the most expensive item on the menu—justified their price point with truly exceptional flavour. However, the service lacked proactivity. Despite a high staff-to-guest ratio, we found ourselves initiating contact for every need. Details one might expect at this level, such as offering to adjust portion sizes or serving accompaniments with drinks unprompted, were overlooked. While the food is very good, the service needs significant refinement to create a cohesive and high-calibre dining experience.

We had a great experience on my Mom Dad's Anniversary. Ashish arranged everything for us really well. The staff and service were very good indeed. The ambience is classy and rich. The food is mediocre, chick n curry and dal moth were good, gucchi chole pulao is really not worth the hype. But again the staff, ambience and service made up for a memorable experience at Varq. Thank you.

We visited here to try some upmarket Indian cuisine and we definitely weren’t disappointed. You’re welcomed in by the most beautiful of waiting staff who are literally available for your service. Being seated at the clean and spacious table, window side and overlooking the gardens, the experience starts. We chose a blend between the new traditional Indian menu and some recommendations by our wonderful hosts from the al La carte menu also. Treated with a show on drinks pouring, we were gifted a surprise bouche in a jackfruit crouton style of starter. We ordered the lamb durragh (spelling), the lamb, barbecued and marinated in delicious flavour, the butter chicken (as we heard Varq is outstanding on this) and breads in the chuur chuur naan and a roti that slips my mind. Amazing food and filling, with just the balance of flavour to not lose that traditional element we know to Indian cuisine. If in the area and seeking top quality food in an upscale setting, you’ll find it in Varq. We were here on the 18 April at lunch time and would love to give a big thank you to the two ladies and the male waiters, just amazing! (I didn’t get their names)
