Had a lovely experience at The Oberoi New Delhi. We tried the Chinese restaurant, Baoshuan, and the food was really good. Everything was well-balanced and beautifully presented. Highly recommend the pork ribs perfectly cooked, flavourful, and absolutely worth trying. Would definitely visit again!

Concierge was a disappointment I reached out to the concierge two days before our stay, but they only responded a few hours before our arrival. There was a lot of miscommunication, and while we eventually managed to book transportation, it took unnecessary back-and-forth. They also gave us incorrect advice on timing for our airport transfer, which I found unprofessional. To their credit, they did try to make up for the frustration by arranging a nice setup for a special occasion. Unfortunately, by that point, I was no longer interested in anything they had to offer. Then we booked a spa appointment to which concierge said it was all set. Once we got to the spa, it turned out that they weren’t informed and no booking was made. We had to star over. Definitely not worth what we paid for. Treatment was unacceptable from The Oberoi New Delhi. On the other hand The Oberoi Mumbai the concierge service was exceptional. On a positive note, the hotel and room were lovely—no complaints there.

On 11th January, 2026, the Pharmaceutical company, Emcure (cure and beyond) conducted International Symposium on Semaglutide in Obesity and CVD which took place in the ballroom of The Oberoi Hotel. It was a great experience to attend such knowledgelable symposium in such a luxurious hotel. Session was for 4 hours and they provided coffee/cappuccino/tea in between. After the Symposium, there were multiple dishes from starters to desserts which were all good in taste. I was enthralled by the hotel's interior which was lavishing and also well maintained. The ambience was good and the hotel was filled with foreign tourists. Hoping for an overnight stay in this hotel which is very calm, luxurious and elegant.

Gorgeous hotel with a fabulous view of the city. From the moment you walk in you feel the quiet sophistication of this hotel. While the rooms are slightly smaller than I am used to at the price point they are elegant and luxurious. The restaraunts themselves, specifically the patisserie (try the vanilla pastry) were delicious. You will feel welcomed and pampered throughout your entire stay there.

The restaurant has a beautiful and elegant ambience. The view of the city from the restaurant is stunning, especially at night. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines. Every dish tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. The desserts were one of the best parts of the meal. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. Service was quick and very professional. It’s a perfect place for special dinners and celebrations. Overall, a wonderful fine-dining experience and definitely worth visiting again. ✨🍽️
