A classic, old-world hotel with a lovely garden lawn, offering a central location without the corporate feel.

I stayed in room 18 at the Claridges. A very posh pace indeed. Marble everywhere. Close to the Habitat center where I had a meeting. A few points 1. There was a drilling sound in the evening and at 4 am. It disturbed my sleep. The solid stone conducts noise well. Not sure of the source. 2. Careful in the location, in case you use google maps it may take you to the bus stand named after the hotel itself. 3. Breakfast was very nice, but surprisingly they did not have decaf tea (the attendant brought be decaf coffee). I decided to take herbal tea but it was not the same. Ironically, a week prior I stayed at a B&B at 1/10 the price and enjoyed the experience a lot more. My sincere suggestion is to focus on the fundamentals - a good night sleep.
Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff(Aarti, Ching, Bidya and karan ) and almost everyone were very polite and helpful throughout. We truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism in safely returning an item we had accidentally left behind. Excellent service and integrity. Highly recommended!
A timeless blend of elegance, comfort, and impeccable hospitality. From the warm service to the beautifully maintained property, every detail reflects excellence. The Claridges continues to set the benchmark for luxury stays and dining experiences in Delhi. Looking forward to visiting again.
We stayed in The Claridges for two nights on our travels round Idea in Feb 2026. Its a beautifully decorated throughout, The rooms are very comfortable and have all the mod cons you need, The pool is a great size with plenty of loungers. Our first meal was in the main restaurant on the first floor and they had a very extensive choice from Indian to Thai. The food was absolutely delicious and the cocktails were amazing. They also have a small restaurant on the ground floor that specialise in Indian cuisine. the staff were very helpful in recommending speciality dishes that didn't disappoint. The whole experience at The Claridges was amazing and is thoroughly recommended.
My recent few days at The Claridges, New Delhi, for a business trip were nothing short of exceptional. The entire stay was top-class, with every detail, from the service to the food, perfectly executed. The culinary experience was a definite highlight. We had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's Indian restaurant, which was, without a doubt, the best meal we had during our entire trip to India. The flavours and quality were truly outstanding. However, the absolute best part of our entire stay was the hotel's chauffeur, R N Singh. We had the pleasure of using his services for several rides, and he is a genuine star. His service was top-notch, always going above and beyond expectations. Mr. Singh's professionalism, warmth, and dedication to ensuring a flawless experience were truly remarkable. He alone is worth five stars and is a massive asset to the hotel. For any traveler seeking impeccable service, fantastic dining, and a truly memorable experience in New Delhi, The Claridges is the only choice. Highly recommended!
