High Quality Luxury! Pickup from the airport in luxury cars with excellent chauffeurs. Traditional reception and greetings as soon as you enter the hotel. Diligent security everywhere. Restaurants are gorgeous with delicious food. Reception and Lounge area is welcoming and beautifully decorated. Rooms are luxurious with every imaginable necessity. If not, you ask and they'll deliver! Climate controlled swimming pool. Excellent gym with steam and sauna. The wellness spa is designed for luxury and calmness. Shraddha Sharma from the concierge service takes it all to ANOTHER LEVEL of excellence which is hard to describe in words. The Taj Mahal, New Delhi is simply lucky to have her as an employee. It's truly hard to find someone as smart, efficient, diligent and hard working as Shraddha. The Machān breakfast crew are also outstanding making the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended and money well spent.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Taj Mahal New Delhi ! The club suite was fabulous, huge and loved the quality of the bed, linens and the shower suite. So many things make this hotel one of the topmost hotels worldwide (that we have stayed in for the past 20+years). All the staff provided very warm and cheerful service all the time. The food spread + quality at breakfast in Varq and the club lounge experience for high tea and later cocktail hour was fabulous !! The lobby ambience was sublime and loved all the holiday decor around the hotel. Wish the pool was open and we could have experienced that. Overall a 💯 in my opinion and we look forward to experiencing the hotel , it's amenities and most importantly the hospitality again !
