Had our late-night dinner plans at Taj Palace, but since it was closed for fumigation, we decided to visit ITC Maurya next door — and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was amazing, the hospitality was exceptional, and the entire atmosphere made our evening truly memorable. A special thanks to Sothing, who helped us choose the perfect dish and made sure we had a fantastic dining experience throughout. As someone who regularly visits premium places for dining, I must say both Taj Palace and ITC Maurya are equally excellent in their own way. After tonight, ITC Maurya has definitely become a place we would love to visit again. I had a wonderful experience, especially at the breakfast area. Divya and George were exceptional in their service. Divya is incredibly warm, cheerful, and always ready to help with a smile. She made every morning feel special and was genuinely attentive to guests’ needs. A special note for George for being so attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. He was always willing to share helpful suggestions and little details that made the experience even better. His humble and kind nature truly stood out and made a lasting impression. A special mention to Rahul and Vidhi as well, who went out of their way to accommodate our requests, even at the last minute.
