A hidden gem for art lovers! The gallery has an amazing collection of artwork and the best part is that entry is free. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to enjoy art without the usual overcrowded feeling of many popular spots. The gallery is spread across two floors, giving plenty of space to explore comfortably, and it even has a beautiful library section which adds to the charm. A wonderful place to spend a quiet and inspiring few hours. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates art and creativity.

Sooo, I recently visited the Delhi Art Gallery (DAG) which held an Exhibition of Mr Satyajit Ray’s life & work, taken by Nemai Ghosh. The entry was free and the gallery having two floors : 2nd & 3rd hosted different pieces of arts & exhibitions ; You can check their website & social media handles for their upcoming work & exhibitions. I’m not sure which is the nearest Metro station but we walked from Janpath metro ; gate no. opposite to 1 being the nearest, 5-7mins of walk from Janpath metro. After crossing the roundabout, it’s located bang opposite to the Le Meridian hotel, above Lexus’s showroom. ####

DAG is also known as Delhi Art Gallery! I got a chance to visit this private art gallery which is open to all for free. It’s located on the first and the second floor! They keep promoting the art work on display for a month. All the masterpieces are well curated with perfect details and lighting! It was heartening to see a well laid out art museum with beautiful display, perfect lighting, sofas and couches to rest! There’s a very good library on art work situated on the second floor. It’s open to public, has entry from Rajendra Prasad lane, has ample parking. The gallery is maintained well with smart and courteous staff to guide. It has some rare pieces of art, and worth visiting! The theme on display last week was on Tajmahal, and work of artists from different parts of the world was on display!
