Colonel’s Retreat is a calm, clean, and comfortable place to stay with a warm and homely atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The staff is courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist, making the overall stay smooth and pleasant. Its peaceful environment and convenient location make it a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and value for money. As a Google Local Guide & Google-trusted 360° Virtual Tour Photographer, I highly recommend businesses like Colonel’s Retreat to use Google 360° Virtual Tours to showcase their rooms, interiors, and ambience. This helps build trust, attract more guests, and improve visibility on Google Maps.
Loved Colonel’s Retreat for my first night in Delhi. As a solo woman traveler (my partner meeting me later) I felt very safe. It is on a quiet street, thankfully! The accommodations were really nice and the bed was super comfortable! I was tired from traveling so they offered to bring dinner to my room and I have to say the okra and rice dish with dal was so delicious. The best okra dish I have ever eaten! Everyone was very accommodating. Highly recommend
What l warm welcome when we arrived late after a long day travelling! The room was very comfortable. The hotel location means it really is a retreat from the madness of Delhi! The rooftop terrace is great. The breakfast is excellent. We also ate here every night - why wouldn’t you?
As our first night in India we were made very welcome at Colonels Retreat and enjoyed a very comfortable stay there. We also had our evening meal there which was very enjoyable and the breakfast was lovely too. The hospitality was top rate and the owner even gave us a very generous portion of banana bread for our drive to Agra which actually lasted two days.
One of the best place I've ever stayed in. Super clean, the staff is kind and exceptional. Very convenient place which is close to the metro as well. Their sense of service is very good, with serving coffee or high tea or dinner or breakfast. Going to choose this place everytime I visit Delhi!
