This was my favorite place we stayed in Peru. I was truly sad to go. It is well designed and has a delightful little garden area. There were thoughtful touches everywhere for a truly comfortable stay. It had everything we needed, including free filtered water. The location is amazing. Right in San Blas, the best and most charming part of Cusco in my opinion. So many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and markets within blocks. The staff were absolutely wonderful. From front desk to the breakfast crew, every single person was attentive, informative, kind, polite, and helpful. We had an early pick up for Rainbow mountain (3:30am) and they packed breakfast for us to go. The room was well decorated and clean with very comfortable beds. Most of our time was spent exploring the city of course but I loved our room so much. We felt spoiled here and I will be looking for an opportunity to come back!
This place punches above the 3 star rating i saw. The rooms are clean and the shower is good, although there is a request to have quick showers due to water shortages in Cusco. Its a short walk along one of two narrow cobbled streets to Plaza de Armas, and there is plenty to see and appreciate on the walk including architecture and shops. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the person out the back knows how to make an omelette. There is someone on the door at night if you get back late, and on Wednesday Pisco Plaza Mayor we had dinner at 11 as we arrived very late. Porter was very helpful with luggage.
My fiancé and I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! The service was great; the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a packed breakfast to take with us at 5:30am when we were leaving for the journey to Macchu Picchu. They also have a paid laundry service which was wonderful for after our journey :)
Surprisingly very quiet place. Location is great, amazing breakfast and nice team. We enjoyed our stay there.
Amazing stay. Rooms were outstanding and Raul was super helpful checking us in. Best breakfast too!
