I’ve stayed at this hostel twice, and my experiences were quite different. The first time, I stayed in a 6-bed dorm and everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful — they assisted me with luggage storage and gave a clear introduction to the facilities. The location is also very convenient, which made my stay enjoyable overall. However, during my second stay, I booked a 12-bed dorm. After just one night, I woke up with multiple red, itchy bites on my body. Since I had an early tour that morning, I didn’t pay too much attention at the time. It was only later in the afternoon, when I was leaving Cusco, that I realized the bites had spread across my arms, legs, and neck. The bites appeared in clusters and lines, which is very concerning and suggests possible bed bug exposure. This was a very uncomfortable experience and made me worried about hygiene and pest control, especially in larger dorm rooms. I did not have this issue during my first stay, so the difference between room types is quite noticeable. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and the good location, but I strongly hope the hostel can take this issue seriously and ensure proper cleaning and pest control in all dorms. I would recommend being cautious when choosing larger dorm rooms.

I had a very comfortable stay at this well managed property. It is super quiet in the night so I got a restful sleep here. The hostel has energetic vibe but not to crazy. Cowork space is nice, though they could improve the lighting, it's very dull. The staff is very helpful & friendly, they even made sure I didn't get a dorm that had some humidity issues. Radu at the reception was super helpful in giving me recommendations and helping me plan my travel and book the bus ticket.

Didn’t love staying here. Doesn’t have a proper kitchen and was only 1 plate for the whole hostel haha. Showers are decent but would recommend staying at one of the smaller cheaper hostels in Cusco

The Hostel it self is really nice and Beautiful. The Location is also very central and Everything is pretty close. The reason i gave 4 Stars is because there are tiny things which can be improved. First. The wifi is not working all the time. Second. The activity days. For example at Beer Pong day you play beer pong but there is no beer… you have to buy it for your self but nobody really did. Maybe the Hostel can improve the "drinking and including others" culture somehow. The people i connected the most were the employees (Dillan, Logan, Lilly, Sophie and Sam) who were very funny and just nice. Without them, I don’t know if it would have been so much fun:)
