Staying with Palacio del Inka was one of the main highlights of our stay in Cusco. Our family of six were treated like royalty. Every staff member we encountered, from front desk staff, to the room attendants, to the doormen, were very kind, personable, professional and always very accommodating. We were treated with the utmost care and concern during our stay. The hotel and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous, the atmosphere is inviting and peaceful. This hotel will not disappoint.

We had a lovely stay at Palacio del Inca while in Cusco. Service was very personal, breakfast was tasty and diverse, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Wadir and Elmer (with the concierge/baggage service team) provided great service and always greeted us by name. Jonathan (housekeeping) greeted me every morning that I saw him and when he found out I had been ill, he asked with genuine care how I was feeling each day and wished me the best when we were leaving.

Great hotel in a very historic building. Check in was very welcoming and smooth. The imperial suites are tastefully decorated and have good amenities. The rooms aren’t massive but have enough space and a fair amount of storage. Would really recommend the hotel spa area. The thermal suite is well equipped and very relaxing. The resident baby alpaca in the hotel courtyard is very cute. Breakfast has a decent selection. The service was generally ok but could be more attentive, especially when visiting for an earlier breakfast. The location is really convenient and would very happily stay here again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I stayed because of its history but loved the hotel tour, pisco class, and Inca musical performance they provided. The spa and restaurant on site were lovely. They also have their own baby alpaca you can take photos with. I got altitude sickness in the middle of the night and the staff had oxygen on hand and also brought me water and tea. I was able to get upgraded to a suite with Amex FHR. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at Palacio del Inka. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Check in with Paola was easy and warm, she was so friendly, thank you, Paola! Lydia helped us arrange the spa without any stress, and Josvien stood out by helping with our bags and even remembering our last name, a small detail that shows the level of care. The hotel itself is something special. Being surrounded by real Inca history gives the whole place a completely different feeling. Seeing the original Inca stonework throughout the property, including the 8-angle stone, makes you realize how unique this location really is. It doesn’t feel like just another hotel, it feels like you’re staying inside history. We also did the wonderful hotel tour with Ruth, which was very informative. One of the most memorable moments was a performance by a man from Cusco dressed in traditional Inca attire, hearing the Peruvian instruments live was beautiful and a wonderful experience. After that, we did a pisco sour class with Rodrigo at the bar, which was a lot of fun and we end it up staying there for dinner and music. Our room was beautifully decorated, with paintings, and very comfortable, and the balcony had amazing views. We really enjoyed spending time there. The spa was another highlight, very relaxing, and the massage was incredible. Thank you to Claudia, the attendant at the Spa, for being so helpful and making sure we had exactly what we needed. Breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with a genuinely wonderful staff. We left really happy with our stay and would absolutely come back.
