This is a beautiful and unique art space that also offers excellent coffee. You can buy souvenirs that are made in and support regional indigenous communities (price starts around 50 soles). The coffee, hot cocoa and simple pastries menu doesn’t disappoint. I had a moccaccino (12 soles) and delicious pan amazonico (vegetarian savory pastey with potatoes onion and mushrooms) - very satisfying. In highly recommend a stop. Allow around 15-20 mins to explore.
This is an absolute favorite spot of mine in Cusco; so grateful a friend recommended. It is curated like a modern museum, and feels so pleasant to be inside. I was pleasantly surprised to see so much cacao on their menu - and it was the BEST! The staff is extremely friendly; it feels nice to spend time there whether you explore or not. The organization does a lot to partner with indigenous jungle communities and support/empower them, and the diverse selection of art there is incredible to take in. Their items for sale are so beautiful. I could walk through again and again, and always go back for more cacao!
This was a fun post-breakfast activity to do in Cusco. It’s a small gallery with a nice option for coffee to enjoy before or during your walkthrough. You can do this visit in under an hour easily.
Lovely space and concept. Enjoy a lovely coffee or hot chocolate in this beautiful space and then learn everything about amazonic art. A perfect stop to recharge while exploring Cusco and San Blas Neighbourhood.
A truly unique place in Cusco and an absolute must-visit. The museum (free entry) offers a fascinating insight into the Indigenous peoples of the Amazon rainforest and is beautifully curated. There is also a wonderful shop with high-quality products and a very welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Ines and Marta, who are incredibly kind and passionate about what they do. And the gentleman preparing the coffee is an absolute legend! We have visited many times, and without a doubt, this is the best coffee and hot chocolate we have had anywhere in South America. Highly recommended for anyone interested in Indigenous cultures, art, and authentic experiences.
