The food was wow and so was the service. Every dish was excellent and in my opinion with the number of courses and included alcohol the tasting menu from a famous chef was a great value. They kindly accommodated my food preferences and substituted mushrooms for the beef cheek. Would definitely recommend a visit. Rec reservations if possible as they are busy but the person sitting beside us walked in and got a table before the 7 pm rush.

Initially you get to this place and think in another overvalued fancy restaurant. Let me tell you that they go beyond what is good. Is not that they do the extra mile, they don't have to, but they play very well in their house. Amazing food served and presented lovely. The dish sizes are correct and the execution of the dishes is amazing. Extra points to the chocolate globe. An experience visually and in flavor. There had passed a lot of water under the bridge since a dessert surprised me.

Chicha Cusco was fantastic — the food was delicious and truly authentic. The menu features classic Peruvian dishes as well as specialties from Cusco. I tried the cuy (guinea pig) and it was really tasty and well prepared. If you’re looking for local cuisine, this is absolutely the right place. The restaurant is in the backyard - you need to go upstairs. Definitely make a reservation in advance. They only allow about 5 minutes of lateness, so make sure you arrive on time. The restaurant itself is also beautifully designed — very cool interior and a great atmosphere.

Nice place inside and the food was good, but the service didn’t really match the prices. Considering this is supposed to be one of the top spots in Cusco from Gastón Acurio, the standards should be much higher. Our drinks took more than 15 minutes to arrive, and even though there was a big group there, our server wasn’t actually taking care of that table so the delay was surprising. The food also took a long time, and I had to ask for the check three times before getting it. Nobody came by to ask if we wanted more drinks or water either. Overall, pretty expensive for the level of service we received.

The food was tasty overall, with an interesting and creative menu. Some dishes had great flavors, though a few became a bit repetitive after a couple of bites. Portion sizes were huge and impossible to finish by one person alone for some. The drinks were okay, nothing particularly memorable. Overall, we enjoyed the evening and the service was really friendly.
