Casa San Blas was our favorite hotel during our Cusco stay. The hospitality and service was above and beyond. The concierge helped arrange transportation for us even on days when we were staying at another hotel. We told the front desk we were planning to skip breakfast one morning and so they packed us sack lunches to take with us during our day excursion instead. Nights can be quite chilly and they bring bladders of hot water each evening to help heat the beds. The breakfast was delicious with eggs made to order. If we come back to Cusco we will stay here! I wish we had booked Casa San Blas for our entire trip! Truly an incredible experience with many thoughtful touches.

I don't know what the rooms look like because I didn't actually stay there. But I had to pick something up there for a friend. The receptionist, who is also the owner was very friendly and professional and very helpful. The place was just lovely, tucked into a quiet place and full of charm! I would definitely stay there if I ever needed to book a place. It would be especially nice for a girls get away! They have a massage room! And there's plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

So glad we chose this hotel to stay in during our time in Cusco. San Blas neighborhood is cute and the walk to city center was short. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby the hotel. The staff were excellent, so attentive, accessible (helped with arranging rides from airport and pick ups for excursions, also always available to answer qs via WhatsApp) and kind! Our room was great and the breakfast that is included was plentiful. Would recommend and stay here again.

Exceptional service and location Our stay at Casa San Blas was exceptional! This boutique hotel is perfectly located—close enough to all the action of San Blas and Plaza de Armas, yet tucked away from the main road, making it a surprisingly tranquil retreat. The quiet and cozy atmosphere was a welcome escape. Above and beyond staff The staff couldn't have been more wonderful. They went far above and beyond their call of duty, from providing amazing restaurant recommendations to helping us sort out a half-day tour of Cusco. Their assistance was especially invaluable as we prepared for our four-day Salkantay Trek, providing local insights that made our trip smoother. Delicious food at the hotel The hotel's lovely breakfast spread of fresh, local fruit, eggs cooked to order, and a generous assortment of meats and cheeses was a perfect start to our days. We were so impressed that, after our trek, we decided to stay another night and have dinner at the hotel. You never expect much from hotel dinners, but we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality and amazing price. Highest recommendation I would 100% stay here again, and I plan to recommend it to all my friends and family.
