We had a splendid and luxurious stay at the Nimb Hotel in Copenhagen. We were lucky and able to book with Hilton points and able to obtain a wonderful upgrade to one of their suites as part of the Diamond status perks which had a view of the Tivoli park! The check-in was very personalized with an introduction to all the amenities which was quite impressive for a boutique hotel. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool that felt very elevated with a mesmerizing view of Tivoli along with the surrounding Copenhagen area and the impressive gym that had very intimate lighting. Our room had really unique touches including some unique Danish skincare products and drinks included in the minibar. The service throughout the hotel was awesome including the wonderful front desk staff who took their time to take photos of us at 10:30PM for some picturesque night time photos outside! The breakfast as well was so flavorful and appreciated the freshness to all the ingredients. Overall, a highly recommended hotel that I would frequent again - it is the thoughtful touches and wonderful service that makes this hotel stand out and feel truly special.
Not enough stars when rating the Nimb. This deserves 10 stars. Every resort or hotel in America that thinks they are 5 stars needs to come stay at Nimb to see what real service, amenities, staff, and meals looks like. The staff is the best. The quality of the food, bed linens, etc are impeccable. I’ve been fortunate to stay in some great hotels all over the world and Nimb hotel is the BEST.
Hard to not speak in superlatives about this place. All the nuts and bolts (breakfast is excellent, rooms are gorgeous, service is helpful and warm, cocktail bar is solid) are executed perfectly but then there’s an undeniable feeling of near-magic…coming from both the location and the extent that the staff is clearly aware that they’re stewards of a very special place.
Rooms nice. Location great. Loved the restaurant on site. Rating 1 star for service because no staff ever indicated Tivoli rides free when staying here. We spent a small fortune on rides at Tivoli over several days, only to learn on our last day, from another family staying here, that rides were included with the hotel. This is just bad customer service.
To all Nimb hotel stuff, thank you very much for making our visit to Copenhagen BEST and TOP. We want to rate them more stars as they really deserve every star. They are very professional and very supportive at any time asked or even if not asked it is offered. We loved the city and the hotel made it even better. They even have water hose in the toilets (شطاف 😄) Really thank you and please keep it up
