Unfortunately the hotel is offering suites that - as we learned upon arrival - are not even part of the hotel. The pictures show the reality of the Sanders Hotels most exclusive accommodation : the residence. It is located 20 minutes away from the hotel, excluding any of the hotel services - except the WiFi :D The area where this apartment is located has no parking available anywhere nearby .. cannot recommend coming here!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Sanders. The location is excellent - close to shopping, restaurants, Nyhavn, a number of sightseeing attractions, and the metro. My room was beautifully furnished, as was the entire hotel, which was especially charming with its gorgeous Christmas decorations during my visit close to the festive season. I have given four stars rather than five due to some inconsistency in service. I heard a small number of breakfast staff discussing internal management matters and staff rosters within earshot of me and other guests, which felt inappropriate and detracted from my dining experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily recommend the hotel for its style, comfort, and outstanding location.

We only went in for a drink and hot chocolate but the experience has been truly wonderful. The receptionist and the person preparing our drinks were so kind. Additionally the hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated. We sat in the heated rooftop on the 5th floor, definitely recommend for a little break in the city center.

The staff and the service was outstanding. They were so responsive to our needs. The room was a little small and dark but I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who likes quaint boutique type hotels. Great location too!

About the restaurant: very mixed experience. The food is quite good, with some weird misses. It is expensive also. The service is not impressive, one waiter was very friendly, two others grumpy and disinterested. Not recommended for that price level.
